Friday 5th April|The rooms are disgusting|My carer couldn’t sleep because of the noise. She reported it but despite the manager coming over to speak to the guests it made no difference my carer couldn’t sleep.|I booked 2 double rooms with shared bathrooms. They couldn’t find the one of the keys so I couldn’t sleep on the same floor as my carer. That’s poor management they’ve known in plenty of time we were coming and they couldn’t find the keys it’s ridiculous|My carer had to share a bathroom with other guests and it was disgusting and so was the toilet. The toilets in Arcade’s are miles better.|We’ve got no hot water|Saturday 6th April|I rang the manager for the 7th time in 20 minutes at 8:55pm I spoke to the manager for 2 minutes.|I said we are going home tomorrow. He asked me what’s the problem.|I told him that my carer can’t sleep. He said we should have reported it.|I said my carer did report it she couldn’t sleep.|He said he came round and they (guest) apologised and that was that.|I said no they carried on my carer couldn’t get to sleep.|He said we should of reported it.|I was not happy with his comments so I said she did report it and why do you think she didn’t get any sleep|He said did they?|I said yes she was tired when she came to see me this morning and they are at again tonight.|He said we should of reported it.|I told him I’m not going to argue with him and that we are going tomorrow|He was asking why what’s the problem? She should have reported it.|The manager is ridiculous and to blame my carer is stupid.|And even though he came that night to see my carer he still did nothing he just had a word with the guest in room 2 and told my carer that they (the guest in room ) were going home the next day but my carer said we’re going home tomorrow but again they carried on and my carer didn’t get any sleep.|I said we don’t have any hot water|He said have you not got hot water.|I said of course we haven’t.|How can he not believe there’s no hot water.|I said im going to take this further and do a review.|He said you can take it further if you want.||I’m glad I’m home because I’ve had a shower and I’m in a nice clean property.|That shows how much they care. I’m glad I’m home. We could of stayed for another night but there’s no chance of that and I’m glad I’m home, I’ve had a nice shower and I’m in a nice clean home. I will never comeback to this hotel. I will make sure my friends and others don’t. And I hope the company surfers the service is absolute disgrace.||Not good...

The location is very central which made things easy. The rooms where dirty and dusty, the ben linen was stained, you have to be very small to fit into the shower cubicle but I would not recommend doing so as there is no hot water. The glasses and mugs where very clean and where murky . No fridge in the rooms but one communal one. They claim to have 24hour front desk service however when i got locked out late at night the man was very annoyed he did not want to let me in, i asked if i was meant to sleep out side and i was met with the reply “i dont know are you” he told me that “it was not his problem” (i am a 19 year old girl wearing a little black dress after i had gone out I was not drunk or being disruptive) he then went on to say that i had to pay £20 to just be let through the front door. Absolutely disgraceful. The rooms are advertised as double rooms but with the size of the beds and the position it was a very tight fit and i am only 5’2. Even though this was a “double room” you are only given one set of keys...
