TLDR: For us they're more than worth the 20% tip we gave them
Read moreWent there last month with a group of friends. Food was okay, average but not out of this world. We had requested for no onion no garlic and the waitress was aware. She brought out the starters with no OG however for the mains, all our food contained onion and garlic and it was very obvious! Not sure how the kitchen and staff made this mistake. The guy who served us was very nice and apologised and took the food back to give us new ones with no onion and garlic. The basement is very brightly lit, with the tables so close together that I could hear the person on the next one better than I could hear my own date. Upstairs is a little better but not massively intimate given the wall-to-wall window out onto the busy street. I would recommend some transculent glass covering so it feels like fishbowl-like. Food came quickly but we then had a delay getting our table cleared - this was the case last time I visited too. The staff were lovely though, so that's my only...
