VILLA INN ANAHEIM — Hotel in Anaheim

Wasnt expecting a prisitine room when we booked given the price and that it is a motel. We expected bare minimum which is for the room to be CLEAN atleast. We only booked to rest for little bit, a day nap, and get changed for an event we had to go to at night since we had day activities planned to and lived far. Room is GROSS and smells like cigarrette. The bed had no fitted sheets, you can see the mattress with all the stains. They laid a sheet flat on top and a thicker blanket on top and that’s it. The microwave still had food from the last guest and the bathroom is gross. The toilet seat had blisters all over it. Most public restrooms looks better.

The property manager/owner that are a couple was extremely rude. When i checked in and told the lady that i have a reservation, she did not respond in words but was doing this action (the same one you do when asking for a check in a restaurant) and then i asked what she meant. In a very annoyed tone she said “your ID”. I told her that i have a digital driver’s license but if she needs the physical one i would have to get it in the car. She didnt say a word again and just shooed me away signaling i should get it in my car. When i got back to the office booth, she switched with a man which i assume is her husband. The husband said that we only have reservation for 2 but why is there 3 people in the car. I explained that we only booked a room to get change for an event we had to go to but we are not staying. He wanted to charge me additional $20 for the other person and i didnt agree because we were only gonna be there for 2 hours. I told him that he can charge me if we dont check out at the promised 2 hr time and he finally agreed. He was asking for a $20 dollar deposit and i didnt have cash with me so i asked if i can zelle or venmo or use my card. AND JUST LIKE THE WIFE, he shooed me away too and pointed me to the ATM. OH MY GOODNESS I DONT KNOW WHAT’S WITH ALL THEIR HAND ACTIONS AND WHY THEY CANT USE WORDS....

DO NOT STAY IN THIS MOTEL ! THE MANAGMENT ARE MENTALLY ILL ! 4 REAL ! I STAYED THERE FOR A FEW MONTHS ! IT WAS A NIGHT MARE THERES NO HEAT FIRST OF ALL BUT HE TELL U THERE IS ? THE WHOLE FAMILYT WHO RUNS THIS PLACE IS CRAZY ! FOR SURE! I M DONT DO ANYTHING ILLEGAL BUT THE WHOLE FAMILY WOULD FOLLOW AND WAIT FOR ME EVERY WHEREI WENT ? MEANWHILE THEY HAVE METH HEADS PROSITUTION ETC EVERYWHERE ! AND HE DOES NT HARRASS THEM , I THINK HE RACIST AGAIST WHITE PEOPLE ! HE EVEN WOULD CALL SOME OF HIS OTHER WEEKLY HOTEL GUESTS/THE MAID TO POP OUT WHEN EVER I WOULD COME HOME OR LEAVE ! FOR NO REASON U WASTED UR TIME U TOTAL IDIOT ! LOSWRS WASTED UR LIVES FOLLOWING ME AROUND FOR 3 MO S ! LOL THE MAID WILL ONLY NEVER CLEANS AND EXPECTS TIPS ! THIS GUY WATCHES HIS SURVALLIANCE CAMERAS LIKE THE MOVIE SLIVER HE S LITTERALLY MENTALLY ILL ! I JUST LAUGHED AT HIM FOR 3MOS AND IGNORED HIm and his nutcase CRAZY wife ! all this 100 % percent TRUE ! DON NOT STAY HERE U WILLBE IN DANGER ! HOOKERS WALKING THE STREETS GANG MENBERS STALKING U ! METH HEADS KNOCKING ON UR DOORS AT ALL HOURS ! HORRIBLE PLACE ! THEY WATCH THE CAMERAS LIKE ITS THERE LIFE ! MY CAR WAS BACKED INTO BY A COUPLE OF METH HEADS AND I KNOW IT WAS SEEN BY THE MANAGMENT BUT WHEN I ASKED THEY SAID THE VIDEO DOESNT REWIND ITS JUST LIVE ! LYING SCAMING SCHEMING HORRIBKE CRAZY MENTALLY ILL PEOPLE TO SPEND ANY TIME AROUND ! AND U CANT EVEN WALK OUTSIE AND FEEL SAFE OR HAVE ANY PRIVACY ! NO LIFE LOSERS FOLLOWING AROUND AND HARRASING THE 1 PERSON THAT DOES NT DO ANYTHING ILLEGAL ! THE MANAGMENT FAMILY LIVES THERE AND THE ALL PYSCO ! I D COME OUT TO GO OUT FOR THE DAY ! HE D POP OUT OF HIS DOOR AND ACT LIKE HE WAS DOING SOMETHING LITTIRALLY EVERY DAY FOR 3 MONTH S! LOL ! LOSER ! THE LOWER ROOMS HAVE BED BUGS AND THE WHOLE PACE IS FILTHY ! FILTHY! HORRIBLE CRAZY MANAGMENT ! NUTCASES ! ILLEGAL ACTIVITY ALLOWED BY THE OWNER ! METH...

Cleanliness: The room are super super dirty. The sheets and blankets have stains on them and the walls have random brown ooz on them. Everything looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages.

Sketchy: They were also very sketchy when it came to money. I tried to check in early by 2 hours and he was like "only for $20" when I took out my card he says "only cash." So either that was a made up rule and just some under the table way to get some secret extra cash or they have really bad professionalism and dont accept cards. I went to the front and told them my sister had the room key but I needed to get in, he was like "for $5." Cash only I'm assuming. And I just said "no, how do I get in?" And he then let me in. Super sketchy and there seems to be alot of lying and deceiving when it comes to grabbing some free cash.

Room service: The room service is non existent here and they will not go into the room to tidy up at all. They wont give you new towels or toilet paper (toilet paper is a mini, grainy roll) and the maid does an awful job at cleaning the room and sheets and bedding once the guests leave. I needed more toilet paper so I went to the front for more. The guy told me to go and find his maid. I had to walk around the motel looking for the maid just to ask for some toilet paper.

Location: The location around it is super sketchy, alot of people abusing drugs and homeless outside. People will honk and cat call if youre outside the motel. Though this is not the motels fault but if you have kids I dont suggest this location. It is only good because its 10 minutes driving to Disney land.

The price for the hotel was cheap, but the hotel and service was even cheaper. I suggest paying a tad extra if you can afford it and go to the...
