I love Coldstone's ice cream like nobody else's. My issue is the kids that work there. I worked there too as a 16 year old but age is no excuse to be rude. I came in close to closing time and I stood there ready to order right away. I was just waiting for the girl with the box braids and beads to help me and she asked me "do you know what you want because we close in like 5 minutes." I was waiting for her so I don't know why she asked me that but it's very rude to include the obvious that you are about to close. I shrugged it off but you all should be trained to be polite and not rush a customer no matter how you feel or what the time is. Also they need to be neater with their ice cream cups don't hand me a messy sticky cup. Also if you don't scoop enough ice cream then add to it after. The ice cream isn't cheap and shouldn't come under the rim of the bowl. The 3 stars is for ice cream not the kiddos...

Very high-quality ice cream. You can go as simple as a classic waffle cone or as complex as a multi-mix-in monstrosity, and they'll prepare it right in front of you. There are several pre-designed dishes, too, which are similar to Dairy Queen Blizzards, but made with hard ice cream. (My personal favorite is the Birthday Cake Remix.) This is also the only place I know of where you can get unflavored ice cream (called "Sweet Cream on the menu), which is a nice novelty, even if its milky flavor isn't my favorite.

This particular branch is an enormous pain to access in terms of parking, the service can at times be a little slow, and you'll occasionally be served partially melted ice cream. However, the quality is so high that it's still well worth a visit if you're at...

My granddaughter and I have been cold stone supporters at least for the Last 5 Years in numerous States. We've never experienced such terrible customer service as we did today my granddaughter ordered "The Way Cookies Crumble" and received a version of a cookies and cream in a love it cup and the waffle cone she asked for was thrown in the same bag as our order with no wrapper or protective covering. I ordered strawberry cheesecake which came with a surprise blue berries that were stale and Soggy this was our worst experience my granddaughter picks up our order and was greeted with the nastiest customer service they didn't even say hello the counter was trifling as was the floor and the exterior we will never visit this chain location again on...
