Taco Bell — Restaurant in Atchison

After a long days work at Atchison Senior Living, and exhausted to prepare dinner, my family agreed to have Order out from Taco Bell this evening. I proceeded through the drive thru line and had my order in mind prior. As i entered the stall, i was greeted with "Welcome to Taco Bell, May i take your order", i noticed this greeting in that i too worked approximately thirty years in the food and beverage industry, succeeding as a pastry Chef. I am currently a CNA working towards my LPN/RN. He was patient, courteous and even recommended menu items that i could not remember what it was called but what it looked like, he didn't hesitate to mention the match i wanted even mentioning what number meal combo it was for me posted on the Marquee. After i placed my order he said thank you please proceed to the window. Upon arrival, the window opened and again was greeted with HI, and repeated my order in exact, i was offered extra napkins and suggested MIld Sauces with my order while my order meals were being prepared. After Completing the transaction and receiving my meals, again i was greeted "Thank you, Enjoy your meal and Please be Safe". THank you Atchison...

Today September 28th my fiancé ordered 2 stackers No Season Beef and Nacho cheese and asked them to make it Iike a quesadilla I have always went through and got the same thing and every time it was made right well tonight he had went and ordered it and it wasn’t made right well when we asked them to remake it the manager Josh he said “ Go cry about it we have a line “ he could’ve asked him to park while they remade it and he would’ve been happy to sit and wait and not be disrespected well he went in and all he did has roll his eyes at him my fiancé came and picked me up so we could solve the issue I was walking in with them remaking my order but it was still made wrong it had nacho cheese on it and I paid for extra three cheese and didn’t get it. When I confronted him about the rude comments another coworker jumped in and started getting loud with us. I had a nice lunch with my honey Harry on a beautiful day at Taco Bell. It had been a while since we ate there. I ordered Taco Bell Grand dae and Harry had 3 Tacos. I ate my entire meal.
