Typically a good location for Sonic. Today my Lemonade was more like water with lemon flavor. So sometimes this location is a hit and a miss. suggestion: Make sure that you Lemonade is cold so it doesn't water down the drinks on a really hot day
2nd issue: Putting in my order on a Friday night, and the kid cut me off after 4 items, assumed I was done ordering and gave me a total. Really? suggestion: Even if you are tired of your job, please ask folks if there is anything else they need before cutting them off and assuming they are done ordering. We know that indecisive kids can be annoying when you are busy, however, being rude is much more of a put off.
3rd issue: Ordered a Root Beer. Root beer was reviewed in my order at the speaker. MAGICALLY it turned into a Dr. Pepper on the order when I got to the window. To which I TOLD the gal that the Dr Pepper was the wrong drink. 1st She asked me if I wanted her to CHANGE the drink. Um Yes please because back there I ordered what I wanted and THAT was a Root Beer. THEN I will give ya'll two guess what she gave me to take home. That's right Folks a Dr Pepper!!!!! So I went back around to the drive through, and had to order my Root Beer. Again. The gentleman who brought out my Root Beer was super kind, I should have gotten his name. AND they did upgrade the drink to a Rt 44. Thus the 3 stars. Suggestion: Figure out where the disconnect is in the kitchen. Work as a team to make sure things are working. and Fix the volume on the speaker, its hard to know if you got anything right when reading back my order in the Charlie Brown's...

Four minutes after pressing the call button the employees inside turned off the outside lights, presumably to prevent any other vehicles from coming on the lot. Another five minutes passed and still no answer so I called their land line to ask if we would be serviced. The manager on duty, very rudely, proceeded to tell me they were only serving the drive thru and that they are now closed. I informed her how long we had been sitting there, that our call button had been answered for some time, and if they were only serving the drive thru then it should be posted. She again stated they were closed but aggressively asked what was I going to order. This is horrible customer service and a terrible way to run a small town fast food restaurant. Our children only wanted corn dogs, less than three minutes to cook and bag. Read moreI arrived at sonic around 10 pm. There was a few customers there. I had a coupon for two brown bags and ordered them. I was informed they don't have them. I also had a coupon for a discount for a BLT. I ordered one plus a cheese burger. I sat at the table for more than 5 minutes when a huge family occupied the other table. I waited as I watched cars pull in order and get their orders some just drinks others drinks with food purchases. At this time the place started getting busier. I stopped the carhop and asked her about my order and she gave me a quick rude answer. Then the huge family that ordered $50.03 order of food and beverages got their order. I opened the door and asked to speak to a manager. A person said he was one. I explained the situation how customers arriving after me were getting their orders. He rudely responded they were busy which didn't explain why people after me were getting their orders then a blonde female employee joined with him brushing my complaint.
