Happy Crawfish — Restaurant in Baytown

Girls behind the counter are scowly and rude. Had to Clean my own table, bathroom is FILTHY! A bathroom is most of what you need to know of a restaurant. I was surprised that there were paper towels in the dispenser. Portions are horrible can’t believe I paid $14.09 for this - Found a bone with meat on it in my seafood gumbo and was extremely concerned about that so I stoped the gentleman that was bringing food to the tables and questioned him. he didn’t know about it so I asked to speak to a manager, he said the only manager is a kitchen manager and he doesn’t speak English so I asked for the store managers phone number and as this young man Was trying to address my concerns and give me his managers phone number one of the counter girls interrupted our conversation and told him he needed to get back to the kitchen to run food. how rude!! I reported the two girls bad attitude and the fact I didn’t like the condition of his restrooms or portion of his food to the store manager via phone he was apologetic but offered nothing to bring me back. I am leaving this place unsatisfied and hungry - I think I will go to the restaurant next door called ameravati...

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Went to LA Crawfish tonight, I heard bad things about the place but me and my husband still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. We entered the restaurant, the girl at the register was very unprofessional and rude meanwhile the other one was standing behind her eating. Once we sat down and we’re waiting for our food, the table was dirty. There was fries of the previous people eating there on the booth. Then when the food got there, we had a lot of dead soggy crawfish, and it tasted like they were just left in pure water and salt soaking. Towards the end, the 2 ladies were taking out the trash out the trash cans NEXT to our booth, while we’re were STILL EATING. No gloves, no nothing meanwhile handling food and taking it to tables. Went to the restroom, nothing was stocked, there was pee on the floor. This place was terrible. We will never be a returning customer. I’m not sure how they still allow this place to be up...

4lbs of Crawfish served out of a plastic bag. If you put hot food in a bag it continues to cook. By the time your half way through the bag the meat is tough. First after you order they give you a plastic table cloth to drape over your table when you get there. No tray or plate to put the shells. The paper towels are the same white trifold wipes from a public restroom. They are over by the soda station out of a white tissue dispenser. You can only pick them out one by one. There's even a sign that says take as many as you'd like... but think about the trees. 4 people working behind the counter. One at the cash register... one guy was eating, another girl was drinking bottled water through a straw ever 2 min, and another girl... well its not clear what she does.... There were at least 6 people in the kitchen with 4 of then obviously on their phone. 4 dollars for a handful of frozen out of a bag season fries. It's BYOB. So that's...
