Spent 2 hrs in this store today… left with one item. I feel like the employ who helped me today was high, was very slow, forgetful, standing around looking lost. While other employs helped other customers find sizes and styles and gave ideas mine was standing around staring off into space. I have recently lost a lot of weight an needed some assistance on finding a new size a style. Not much help was given but thankful for my husband who was there to assist. On top of this I was returning 3 bras that still had tags on them, this was rung up an found in the system through my account, said I had a return of $175 that I could use to purchase new attire. So after 2hrs of searching and figuring out what to order due to low in stock….. told her this order 3 different times… now she can’t find the order to return the bras… manager comes to help she informs me that after the 60 day pay purchase window they knock down the bras to $19 value. Cool no big deal. But at this point I am frustrated I spent all this time in here picking out stuff, so I could spend the amount that was initially told to me, I was running late to get my kids from school and was going to have to Start all over again…… no thanks I grabbed my returns and walked out My husband stayed behind to purchase the one bra they had in stock so I could have something to wear. Read moreI went into the store in Baytown needing new work clothes, new bras, new panties, and maybe anything extra that was cute. I was prepared to spend alot of money that day. At first the ladies were nice and offered to help me, even taking the items I had back to a dressing room for me to try on. The manager was helping me by this point and I was in need of a bra big time. So I picked out a few and told her what I did not like, also what I wanted. She left, came right back with exactly what I had already said I didn't like just in a different color. Then proceeded to tell me someone else would be helping me because she had a fitting appointment coming in. She disappeared, I waited, and waited..nobody ever came to help me get fitted in the bra I needed. So I put my clothes on and told the girl working that I was really upset by what had happened. She tried to apologize but by that point her words fell on deaf ears, I was to upset. I still need bras, lane Bryant is the only place I can get what I need for my size cup that feels right. However I don't have time to go anywhere else. Very disheartening...
Read moreCan I give this place 6 stars?? Ebony and Roxanne put my faith back in Customer Service. To say they went above and beyond doesn't serve them justice. I was out of town with a bra emergency (seriously) and was on a strict time limit with somewhere to be. The ladies worked effortlessly to get me fitted in the appropriate bra, as well as, dressed me so the bra would fit perfectly with the particular style of blouse I had. They were more like personal shoppers than retail associates and they did this all voluntarily. They got me dressed and checked out and out the door in record time. I am forever grateful. Whenever I'm back in town I'll be sure to visit again. Looking for impeccable service, I HIGHLY recommend....
