HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE RUDE PEOPLE WHO DON’T WANT TO WORK!!! Here we go again 2 years later I’m writing another bad review for this place. I had the most horrible experience ever this time. I asked for fried shrimp on my bowl and the girl with short black hair heard me wrong and thought I asked for fried chicken. It was an honest mistake in my opinion something that could be taken care of easily. I made a comment “ I don’t want the chicken can I get the shrimp” i also said “I swear I said shrimp but it’s okay I don’t want the chicken” . The girl proceeds to say “ for shrimp it’s $4.95” I said “ my protein bowl come with 2 protein why am I being charged extra” the girl says “ I was gonna give you the chicken because no is gonna eat it & then charge you for the shrimp”. I said “no that’s fine” then the manager older lady with black glasses says “ it’s okay just give her the shrimp” ( ps I thought it was the end of the topic it was taken care of. Manager proceeds to drag the situation saying to me “ a lot of our customers make mistakes by saying the wrong thing” “next time you need to be clear and know what you want”. I didn’t make a comment back just shook my head. My shrimp comes out and she begins to make another comment “the owner pays for everything and these young college students need the money to live”. That’s when I lost it and was no longer quiet. Then the girl begins to tell me to “get out of here” and says “I can no longer come back”. It’s very upsetting because the food is really good but these people are miserable and rude for...
Read moreFood is great, owners are rude and ridiculous. Every single time I have came here the past 3 times I have had an issue. I had no issue that they charged for extra sauce when I only wanted two light sauces so they could have just put a little of both but I didn't complain about the upcharge for the sauce. But when we got our food to go and then we wanted to eat part of it there we asked for forks that were not in our to go bag in the first place, my friend went to the counter and asked for the forks they told her she could not get the forks because we were now going to eat part of it here, that we had to eat off their silverware. I do not eat on silverware at pretty much any restaurant so I would have asked regardless for plastic but We originally had gotten it to go and it wasn't in the bag. I got up and told them that if we had gotten it to go the forks weren't in there anyways, they told us that was their fault but now they noticed that we were going to eat it there so we couldn't get them anymore. Like wthhhhh it's just forks that were supposed to be in there in the first place! After arguing a bit they gave us the forks. They just wasted a few minutes of our time and annoyed us over three forks that they forgot to put in the bag! I love their food but every time I go in there it's something with these people. The owner and her son are always just staring...
Read moreI came in with my family, and while we were eating, my 4-year-old accidentally dropped her drink. I reassured her that accidents happen and that we would clean it up after we were finished. This restaurant doesn’t have waiters, you order at the front, they bring out the food, and that’s it. So there isn’t anyone regularly checking on tables. A staff member did come and mop the spill, but said nothing to us.
Later, when I asked for a to-go box, I was told we would no longer be served there because the spill was a “hazard” and that my kids were “too much.” We didn’t argue or make a scene, it was simply a child’s spill, something any family restaurant should expect and handle with understanding. That was extremely disappointing. Children make small mistakes, especially in a family restaurant. And I expected patience and understanding, not judgment and dismissal.
Accidents happen, and families deserve kindness and respect, not to be dismissed for something like this.
The customer service had been bad for a while — I would say “thank you” and they would never respond, and even just ordering felt like we weren’t wanted there. Ironically enough, the main reason we always went back was because my kids loved the...
