Working with Tom Jackels and his son was one of the best business experiences I have had in Los Angeles. My first encounter was with his son who helped me get a very fast appraisal for a diamond engagement ring that was handed down to me from my Grandmother. I needed done in a timely fashion and they delivered. While I was there he so kindly explained everything to me that he was doing and walked me through the entire process.
