The absolute worst customer service ever. Do not shop at this merchant? I ordered a piece of jewelry online. The jewelry came broken. Saks initially told me no problem with a return, but I had the repurchase the piece of jewelry again because they would not do an exchange just a refund when I mailed the broken jewelry back. Fine, so I bought the jewelry again. I returned the broken item two different times and the return was denied and shipped back to me both occasions. The first time it was denied was because Saks claimed it didn't have sale tags. Photographic proof was sent to them that the sales tags were still on the jewelry, and we started the return process again. The return was rejected the second time for the same reason. Photographic proof was emailed to the store again that the tag was still on the item. They then denied the return saying item was broken and they could not resell it. Of course it's broken, that's why I'm returning it in the first place. Then their story changed for the third time and they wouldn't accept it back because they said it was outside the return window even though on the phone they admitted it was returned within their return parameters and time frame. I asked them, if that's the final reason they are denying the return why did they have me ship it back and forth to them two other times but time wasn't an issue then? All of this, coupled with approximately 8 phone calls and multiple emails to customer service. Absolutely garbage customer service and merchant. If youâre a woman, you know we gotta find a pair that (1) goes with face shape, (2) looks good with hair up, (3) looks good with hair down, (4) just the right weight and height on the nose bridge, etc. Ngl I might try on 20 pairs before finding the right one. Now, thereâs 1.5 people, including the cashier, working the entire floor. Am I supposed to hold an employee hostage for half hour asking them to unlock multiple shelves? Obviously not gona do that. Really sad.
Not a lot of selection. I ended up getting cashmere pieces (hence 2 starts), but the shoes selection is abysmal. Clothes on clearance racks should just be burned with fire because itâd be embarrassed to even stuff it in the garbage: literal 6 inch holes, and stains all over. Who is in charge of that?...

After saying that I wanted it in her saying she was going to hold it behind the counter because she can't leave it on hooked I said ok thank you! as I walked around the store continued shopping like I told her she proceeded to sell it to the woman who liked it who saw it on me extremely disappointed will not go back to this store. I came up to the counter to get the bag plus the other 5 items I had in my cart and she said i sold it to that woman who liked it...very rude and disgusting...
