I’ve been here twice. Last time, my burrito wasn’t that good. I got steak and it tasted blander than other locations’, there was soo much lettuce, and all the cheese was on just one half of the burrito. I got queso and there was so much on one half but not the other so I asked for a little more so it could be even and she gave attitude saying it would be extra again so I just left it alone. The cashier didn’t say a single thing to me and just gave me a stank eye when I had to pay😭 so that was the first time.
Second time was today. It’s been a while and I rlly wanted a burrito so I came back (oops). The girl in the front of the line was rushing ppl like CRAZY even tho it was just three of us in the line and nothing crazy was going on. I asked for queso too in the bigger cup but she gave it in the little side plastic cup. I didn’t wanna talk to her bc she seemed kinda upset ig so I just left it. The next girl puts pico all onto one side, cheese, and SO MUCH lettuce. When I was eating this thing it felt like I took a bite out of a head of lettuce. I can’t get over the pico bc when I took a bite I got a lovely mouthful of JUST pico and tortilla, so then there was no pico in the rest of the burrito which was like 70% lettuce. I got chips too this time and they were either SUPER salty or had no salt. They were kinda stale too. The cherry on top: there was a hair in the burrito :) I know it wasn’t mine bc it was black and curly and my hair is not like that. I honestly don’t wanna go back again cuz the ppl can be rude and both times I went the food was just not that good. I don’t wanna have this a third time. I like chipotle, just not this one.
One good thing was my cashier was nice. The pico lettuce girl kinda snapped at her for a second and I was like damn okay… The nice cashier had a lot of facial piercings so thanks for being cool.
TLDR if u want disproportionate burritos and hair in your food, you should come here! I’m not trying to be a Karen...
Read moreHonestly, do yourself a favor and avoid the headache that comes from ordering from this particular store, and drive 5 more minutes down to the Chipotle in Bridgewater Commons. This restaurant scams you out of your online orders by not including items such as queso, chips or even entire meals that you paid for. It has happened one too many times at this location, and the most disgusting part is the employees will just seal your bag and hope you don't notice/check before you leave. It's one thing if they ran out of a certain item, it's a different thing to just not tell the customer that paid for said items that they ran out. The last straw was when my family ordered dinner through the app and they left out one bowl from the entire order. The person who picked up our food did not notice until they got home and realized we were missing a bowl. We tried giving them a call to ask if they could help resolve the issue only to not have our call picked up twice, and hung up on once (the ring tone stopped after 2 rings) We drove back and we got told that the location is now closed and there's nothing that they can do for us except offer for us to come back the next day and they would give us the missing bowl. Who would want to return to a location that did this to you? One of our family members had to watch us all eat our bowls while they didn't simply because a careless employee wasn't paying attention to what they were doing and most likely threw the bowl into someone else's bag. The Chipotle at Bridgewater has great reviews and they have not scammed me out of anything when I order from them, they are always POLITE and actually care about...
Read moreMy experience at this a chipotle was horrific. I got there at 8 o’clock on a Wednesday night and they were already putting the chairs up trying to close two hours early. When I went to order, I was told they were “out” of pico and sour-cream. I was a little disappointed but thought there’d be enough left to make a semi-decent bowl. As I started ordering, I noticed they had no meat left except for chicken. Then as I got to the toppings, they told me they had no corn salsa, no medium salsa, no pico, no sour cream, and no lettuce. This is TWO hours before closing. I had to pay full price for rice and one meat. I have a dairy allergy so I couldn’t even get the only other topping they had, cheese. The staff could literally care less about my sad burrito bowl. Just when you think it can’t get any worse… when I went to fill my soda cup up, half the sodas were empty. To top it all off they “ran out” of forks! Everyone there was eating with a freaking spoon. Ridiculous! If you like meat or toppings or eating your food with a fork, I suggest you steer clear of this place. Chipotle, you owe...
