Very disappointed to say the least. I bought the firm king Beauty rest Black last year. Was told it was the beat mattress by Orlando, the Store Manager. He said it has a 10 year warranty, so if I had any problems, they would warranty it with no issues. Well, I started a warranty on it before I had it a year. Took until today to be approved for warranty. Well guess what??? That isn't true At all!! I had to pay another $325.00 to get a replacement mattress. I own a business, and if it has a warranty it's covered 100% not have to pay because the price of a mattress has gone up 2 times in the same year that you purchase it. You replace it, AND YOU DONT CHARGE A CUSTOMER A PRICE DIFFERENCE!!! I'm super disappointed and will Tell everyone how bad Mattress Firm is as a company. The meager days he deals with this all the time, but never did he ever say to us when we were purchasing the bed, that we would have to pay anytime we have to warranty the bed. So I had to pay the difference for the same mattress, delivery again as well. WOW!!! BEING SOLD PRODUCT THAT APPARENTLY ISNT GOOD QUALITY. I won't be shopping with you ever again, and rest assured, everyone will know this!!! EVERYONE!!!! When the manager says he deals with this issue everyday, how can you honestly believe in what you sale for over $5,000??? Very shady and you hide the truth on how your warranty works. So doesn't matter about a warranty, as long as you get your money and keep raising the prices on your product. So no matter the problem, you will keep getting more money. Very dishonest for you to do this, and not be upfront with customers and tell them this. Would be different if we new in advance, but you withheld this and said it's 100% warranted from day One. Read moreMattress firm is ripping people off bad, and they probably dont even know it. First of all, you better take a tape measure with you because they're queen size beds are not 60x80. Which means they're not Queens! They are only 57x77. With that being said, a full size bed technically is a 54 x 75. So that means that beds they're selling as Queens are closer to a full size bed measurement than a actual queen size bed. I bought a bed on July 4th sale with my tax and delivery it was like $800. It was a firm sleepy hybrid. Well after it got delivered I realized it wasn't a firm mattress at all. So I went back up there, trying to get it straightened out. So I found another bed that was firm but I had to pay an extra $300 because if you return a mattress you have to pay $250 return fee. It was after that that I realized that it was not a queen size bed at all I could tell it looked too small. And it was 2 in thinner than the first one I had bought. I got a free adjustable base when I purchased my first one. Well when I got my mattress delivered put it on my base it was so low to the ground that the sheets were touching the ground I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. So I ended up having to build another frame box out of wood and put it up under the feet of the adjustable frame. As for now, it is more comfortable. But still too small. We do not fit comfortably in it, like we did our old Queen size which was a 60x80. I m very upset about this. As you can see in the phtos it looks ugly because of the boards i had to put under it. Read moreWe bought a mattress from Orlando at the Burleson location. First off if supposed to be delivered on 12/9. I never for a confirmation call so I called the store on 12/9 to check when delivery would be and was told the mattress was on backorder and was never even called. Mattress was delivered a few days later and the delivery guys looked at the bed and said no way the base would fit in our bed frame. They didn’t even try to put the base In or measure our bed. I was told they needed an answer immediately what they wanted us to do because they had other deliveries. They didn’t want to bring the base in and even try so I had them bring it back to warehouse. We later measured the bed and called and spoke with Spencer at the burleson location and he said there was no way it shouldn’t have fit and rescheduled it for the following week 6 days out. When we called the next week he then said it wasn’t scheduled for the day he had given us on the phone.
