Stopped in for a Friday night dinner after the rush died down. We had never been to this location and were very surprised at how big it was and had a very welcoming ambiance. The location we frequent is much smaller and doesn’t have higher/vaulted ceilings so that added a lot of openness to the room. Quickly greeted and had about a 5 minute wait. It was extremely busy and we were okay with that but we felt very rushed as soon as our table was ready. The hostess was 10 steps ahead of us and made it almost a sprint not to lose her to the table. She kept looking back and seemed bothered we weren’t on her tail. We were seated and our waitress took our drink order and upon return, she was ready to take our order - we were still trying to look at the menu and finish our talk we had to stop while racing to our table. I don’t like that feeling of being rushed, especially on a Friday evening which is my wind down from a long week. Nonetheless, she was very polite and returned for our order. Food was promptly delivered, hot and fresh, and absolutely delicious. Again, we were still eating and were offered to go boxes. All in all a great dinner, just didn’t like the rushed feeling. As much as I liked the location, not sure I’ll be back or maybe on a busy evening leaving the waitress tired and ready to hit the door, maybe will return on an off peak time

This location was too noisy for my liking. There should never be a time that patrons can't enjoy their meal because the noise volume was too loud. I think it's pitiful when that happens especially when it's one of the waitresses being loud and contributing to an uncomfortable atmosphere for the customers. My waiter was EXCELLENT! The food was sooo good! My only complaint was the noise level. One of the other waitress was actually yelling and talking very loudly through our my whole dining experience. I did mention it to the other waiter about the waitress yelling. He looked at me kind of like he was bewildered then said he would mention it to the manager. He said that he would mention it to the manager but I don't think he did. The waitress never stopped yelling over the customers. The waitress doing the yelling was blonde and wore glasses. She wore her hair in a ponytail. I wish I would have asked what her name was so I could've mentioned it here in the review. I'm not likely to return to this location. I will not be returning to this location. The atmosphere rating on the this restaurant is definitely one star.

My low score for service is deceiving. When my wife and I first arrived, Madeline was working. I was a little apprehensive because she's served us before, and we weren't too impressed. Nevertheless, I'm always willing to give chances for people to redeem themselves. After Madeline greeted us with a pleasant smile, I thought we were going to have a wonderful experience, but to my dismay, that was quickly dispelled after Jodi arrived. True to form, Madeline ignored us so that Jodi would have to take our order after the change of the register. It wouldn't have been so bad had she told us that she would be leaving soon and that Jodi would be taking over, regrettably, she did not. Instead, she ignored my wife's two attempts to call her and waited for Jodi to answer so she wouldn't have to. I have no idea what she's doing working in this industry because her service is horrendous. It's upsetting because my wife and I enjoy Olive Garden but cringe when we see she's working the bar. Thank you for being so attentive and the pleasant smile, Jodi. You turned an unpleasant dining experience into a great one. Good job 👏

09-20-2025 Tried to order through the app again. Again it didn’t take and said sorry couldn’t be used. Did this last Saturday too and waited outside trying to figure out what I’d done wrong through the app. Finally called in and then only then was told that the order had went through. Couldn’t pay so I went inside. Price through app normal order $36.22. When I went inside price went up to over this amount. Had to take off the drink to get it under the amount. No more Olive Garden for me. You’ve just lost a regular customer.

—— January 2025 Ordered on the app twice, it made me input my order twice. Left an item off. Had to go inside twice. Long story short they still charged me anyways. Some guy came out and very badly tried to “appease me” by doing nothing. And I’ve never seen this manager or man ever. May be why this location is ran so poorly. And I use to be a service at multiple locations including a retirement home and cooked drill weekend as a chef on a base. So I am quite familiar with what’s supposed to happen on both ends. 🤦‍♀️ ——- August 2024 Just had a supposed manager call me from this location. He tried telling me that he needed more information from me off my receipt. I told him if this is your store you should know who’s working and be able to pull up schedules etc. I told him his employees that are doing to go orders as well as call in orders are being cheated and the employees are tipping themselves and charging different amounts on the same exact items every single time. Ending up being different amounts. I told him if they’re doing this to me that means they’re doing it to others. It’s not my job to do your job for you. If you rewind camera footage you will see what happens every time I come in there. This manager over this location told me that I was arguing with him and that I needed to give him more information. I told him that it’s his job to fix this not mine and that the manager has been there consistently when this happens and I’ve been there. He had no apologies and was asking questions that didn’t even pertain. He wanted my card number. So literally this is a problem well above the person over this store. They’re robbing you if you’re a customer and going here out of your hard earned money. And if you don’t believe me download the Olive Garden app and see if this price on here for the same things you order at another location, it’s not. Because they’re automatically adding in a tip. When you ask me for my card to take it out of my view. Something is wrong. When you run someone’s card you should be letting them fill it out tip and total and sign. If you aren’t something is wrong. This place is just sad.

—— August 2024 Ordered on the app and then when called in was told I’d have to wait til my pickup time. I’ve been coming here routinely one day a week. Bout to find somewhere else to go. Today brought me my food and claimed they didn’t charge me and messed up. My guess is she tried to give herself a tip and it wouldn’t let her. Then when I went inside to supposedly pay because she said she didn’t charge me for my food. Then she said that I didn’t need to sign the receipt. I said yes I do because the tip amount is blank and aren’t you supposed to have my signature and I’m not letting you fill in your own tip. She huffed. I asked to speak to the manager. It’s the same manager who never does things right or addresses when things are wrong. This picture is of my salad. Doesn’t look like there’s anything there does it? I will be calling corporate. —— June 2024

Stop to order food. Get told it will take over 30+minutes for my order. Tell them I’m already here ready for pickup. When I say that no earlier time frame on food. States will take payment when they bring my food. How is that more convenient? I come here often and this is a way different way than I’ve done before. 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️so...

Very poor experience tonight overshadows many positive experiences in the past. Manager on staff New Year’s Eve could benefit from some training in customer service. When there is a lack of communication between staff members or failed training on part of management, the customer should not be punished.

I had made an order for pickup at 9:40pm that would be ready at 10pm (closing time) . Due to a child that had been sick, I ended up leaving the house at 10pm (my fault). Because I knew they closed at 10 and may close the doors, I called to verify if it was okay to still come since I only lived 3-4 minutes away. The lady I talked to stated this was fine.

At 10:05 sharp, the doors were locked. This was understandable. I called to let them know I had just called and was there to pick up my food. Manager outright refused. He stated it wasn’t his problem someone told me I could pick up, and it didn’t matter I was there already.

I stated that was the reason why I called before I left. He continued to argue with me that he was in the back and it was not his fault. When I questioned why I should be punished when I made the effort to make sure it was fine, he finally said he would honor her word.

He then told me he was already waiting at the door and to meet him there now. When I came to the door, he was not the door but at the hostess stand in the lobby. When I got to the door, he literally looked at me then walked away. Just so I could stand outside in the cold, lol. Just mean. After a few minutes, he finally came to the door.

When I asked him why he did this, he only stared at me. No apology. Not one for the inaccurate communication, his rude attitude, and certainly not one for watching me freeze.

Mistakes happen, and I understand that individuals have bad days. However, an individual that lacks basic respect and empathy for others should not be in a customer driven industry. Lastly, I was most apalled at his attitude towards my son. When he saw my child crying outside in the freezing cold with me, there still was no acknowledgment of any inconvenience. I was in awe of how cruel this someone could be to have such little concern for a child.

As a frequent patron, it’s unfortunate one very negative experience makes me question whether it’s worth...

DO NOT COME HERE!! Dec 19th 2021 No parking Parked in to go parking. Was trying to use a gift card for part of order and pay rest myself. I went to place order. They had 5 people all standing at the front. None offered me a menu, all just let me stand there. Nobody offered me anything. I stood there for about 20 min. Lady came over and she said are you here to pick up. I said no im here to order a to go. She asks me what i want and i said a menu. She hands it to me and says she will come back. Another 20 min later and im still standing there. Now i have to pee but want to order. Meanwhile folks who have just walked in get seated and me I'm standing there with a menu but not even able to order. I have a gift card but may not even use it. They already got my friends money. Which is sad. And the lady who handed me the menu when i asked for one she looked at me like id annoyed her. Ive been here before and they've forgotten half my order and i went in to order. And had to run back in to get the rest of my order. How is it that you can have 5 people standing around not doing anything. The lady got smart with me and said they're just hostesses they dont do to go orders. They dont hand a person a menu or clean up at the end of the evening either i suppose?🤷 js. Its kind of odd your paying 4 people to do nothing. And ive worked in restaurants before been a server a host a waitress etc. So i know how things work.

Earlier 2021 They've been pretty good to me when I've went here. Got a meal for myself for Thanksgiving. And have stopped here to get food for my birthday as well. When they forgot my bread sticks I called inside they ran them out to me. Never disappointed....
