I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Miss Avon the manager at TJ Maxx. I have been looking for the perfect shoe to wear to the Taylor Swift concert next Sunday well my sister and I went into TJ Maxx yesterday and after looking for a bit, I found the most amazing shoe for me comfortable cute Sparkly all the things needed for a Taylor Swift concert lol. But I could only find one shoeā¦.we searched and searched with no luck. I finally found Miss Avon and asked her if thereās a possibility that the shoe could be somewhere else. She searched around and couldnāt find it. She wrote down my name and let me know once they closed, she would look around and see if she could find it for me and if she did she would give me a call. Well at 8 PM tonight I got my call! She went above and beyond to help me find the shoe because she knew how much I wanted to wear them to the concert. She even told me to have a great time when I came and picked them up. There truly are still amazing people in the world!!! and I know to some, this is gonna sound dumb because itās just shoes but to me it meant a lot!!! thatās...

Didnt come in for anything in particular when I came in the store, the shelves were quite bare but there were carts full of things to be put up everywhere. I was really looking forward to shopping at TJ Maxx, but my experience fell short due to some unprofessional behavior from management. Specifically, I saw a manager belittle an employee in front of customers, which was unacceptable. As a customer, I expect more from the leadership of a company like TJ Maxx. I hope they take this as an opportunity to improve their management style and treat their employees with respect. (To the blonde woman yelling at the young girl behind the jewlery counter, you owe her an apology, she didnt slam the counter door nor did she deserve to be called out in front of customers. I expect more from a member of management) This store is quite busy, get more people to assit im putting things away. I asked for the manager at the register after waiting 30 minutes in the line just for checkout and apparently the cashiers were instructed to say āthe manager is dealing with another situation and to say sorry to the customersā.. absolutely worst customer service experience ever at a retail store. The GM needs to do something about it. There was other employees walking back and forth behind the register and not helping decrease the line when everyone that is hired is supposed to be trained for the register. Just ridiculous. They have the oldest ladies working at the register forced to take the crap from these customers that are angry and itās very upsetting they donāt care about their employees to help them out or be the front line of the problem!
