Well I'm in the process of trying to reverse my review on this location after what happened today at 1030-11 o'clock this morning,, Due to a bald face lie from one of your salesman,,, J. ,, ( Sales Person )),, And then calling back to ask for a district manager or corporate number and a gun name M. wouldn't give me any of them except the customer service number,,,, I'm in the process of falling a major complaint with the company and awaiting a call back from corporate management.
I will never do business with this location again nor come to this location and I will make sure all my friends and family and everybody Who knows me friends And family, knows about The baldface lie in the treatment I got this morning.

I originally had done a good review on this place but after going back to the store today to order and pay for my merchandise that They said I could break up into different pieces and pay form each individual Piece,, I was blatantly lied to I had a written estimate is down on paper of what we could do my wife and son had also witnessed it and it was typed on phone conversation in person,, And I get there this morning to take care of business and basically was told when I came in CAN'T and WILL NOT DO IT,,, And so therefore they would not honor any agreement written verbal or otherwise so I left the store called back asked for manager on duty was told there wasn't one then a salesman by the name of Mike wouldn't give me corporate number at all,, all he would give me with customer svc.

I cannot name names but I got called back by the regional manager and the district manager and they made good on the written estimate and also kept the original agreement promise along with my special discount and I got the product I wanted and that was promised,, they are looking into and contacting that location and further looking into the problem and why all this came about to make sure that it doesn’t happen again to any other customers and that they were very apologetic and took care of my needs. So if you have any problems with any location of this company do not hesitate to call customer service and voice your concerns are your problems are your issues and management chain of command will be in touch with you in a very timely and professional manner,, I am very pleased with the service that I have gotten at the end of all of this.

From there, she had us test out different mattresses and took our feedback into account every step of the way. She was very patient, which we both loved -- because no one wants to deal with a pushy salesperson. We had the space and time to talk and think things through before buying our new bed. Because of our busy schedules, we couldn't accept delivery of the bed for a couple of weeks, but Sleep Experts was completely able to roll with our schedules (even when we had to push delivery to a later date than the initial one that we had set up). We have had this new bed for about two months now, and my boyfriend and I are both extremely happy with the purchase. Read moreMy wife and I purchased an expensive mattress here. We received a scheduled delivery 1.5 months from the time of purchase to our new address. Our instructions were to wait for a phone call the night before with the time slot informing us at what time it would be delivered. The night before delivery, we did not receive a call for the time slot delivery, so we called to see what was up. To our shock, we were informed that our mattress was on backorder and would not be delivered. With no advance notice and no mattress for our new home, we were appalled. However, Sleep Experts made it right, hence the 5 star review. In dealing with DeVante (a very kind gentleman), sleep experts was able to give us a temporary mattress (and rightly so) since they did not notify us of the warehouse error.
