This store is so bare looking sometimes, it looks like it’s going out of business. Prices are on the high side. Whoever says prices are good have not shopped around. With coupons, you may pay close to Amazon’s regular prices. Coupons do not apply to a ton of things like anything that is a “deal” or disappointingly any books. A cute scratch art book is $16 and no coupon applies because it is a book and a “deal.” They’re $10 on Amazon. Their books are all list price and double price most bookstores or Amazon. Open stock markers are pilfered through and they actually encourage it by providing paper to write on. You have no chance of getting brand new stock unless you pay out the nose for the markers in lockup. But, they have specialty art supplies that you won’t find at most other places. There was a younger gentleman who greeted us and was very very nice. My significant other and I were just browsing and I ended up seeing some things I’ve been wanting to get. As I was checking out I dropped a smaller bottle of acrylic lite pink paint and wouldn’t you know it, it got on my white shoes. The same gentleman mentioned earlier came to my aid and saw I was wearing white shoes and was SO SO SO SO polite and got me paper towels. I kept apologizing and he was so kind. I felt really bad and wanted to clean the floor but he insisted he had it. I feel awful for not getting his name. He was even kind enough to give me tips for my shoe. I know I didn’t make a huge mess but his unbelievably kind actions really made my day. I was beyond embarrassed and he kept reassuring me it was fine. I can’t...

While the store itself is one of the larger one... staff and management was bad enough for low rating.

Management can really step up their game when it comes to making customers feel welcome, simple things like a greeting will go a long way.

I was checked out by Kim who didn’t seem to be having a good day.

Not sure if she’s a manager, but when I came back in : she was more worried about talking to Co-workers then she was about helping us resolve our issue with the transaction she had just rung up.
