Went there this weekend with my wife and daughter our waitress look like she didn't know anything about hospitality and service. Me and my wife ordered drinks and juice for my daughter we got our drinks waitress never brought the juice for my daughter. Asked her three times about the juice and every time she walked by our table she passed right by us with no juice I had to ask another waitress for the juice in order for my daughter to get it 15 minutes after we ordered it. About that time we've been sitting there for 20 minutes we just drinks no service. Then we ordered an appetizer and two meals and a kids meal. After 40 minutes of waiting the waitress brings out our appetizers and our meal at the same time let alone our appetizer is cold are fries are cold or chicken wings are cold and my sandwich is cold. At that time I ask to speak to the manager and the manager had the audacity to tell me that all the food came out at the same time. Which makes absolutely no sense for an appetizer to come out with your meal and everything come out at the same time which been sitting at the window for god-knows-how-long for us to get it that cold. Then the manager offered to remake our food except for the appetizer she just left the cold appetizer on the table and told us the appetizers on the house. Who the hell wants a cold appetizer Chicken on the appetizer was rock hard that's how cold it was no steam no nothing. Then 15 minutes later she passes by and tells us that the food is coming out right now and we should have it in a couple minutes another 20 minutes pass until our food got there. That she asks me is there anything else that she can do I said sure my wife needs a Bud Light and I need a sweet tea the other waitress brings the Bud Light but no one brings the sweet tea I asked for it. So here I am eating my whole meal with no drink trying to get the attention of any waitress which they all look lost and wouldn't attend to us at all not even the manager came back to the table. At the end of the day this is the worst experience I've ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings I will definitely never be going back to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Cape Coral I'll make sure I'll let everyone know what type of service and hospitality they offer at that restaurant in Cape Coral horrible service and if corporate ever gets a hold of this review I hope you do something to change that whole restaurant around some Hospitality training it's definitely needed at...

There were about 5 parties seated, the bar was 2/3 empty. There were employees walking around, cleaning, setting tables (all necessary but secondary to customer service). The young lady at takeout asked the name on the order and confirmed: 1 slice of cheesecake, 2 pieces of chocolate cake). She then retrieved my bag from what I learned is a warming oven. Here is where my complaint begins. How does she take CAKE out of the warming oven where it has been for nearly two hours and not identify a problem??? She even said āHe ordered almost two hours ago, we wondered if he forgot it.ā As I accept the bag, I feel heat coming from the bag. I return and ask same young lady āThis is hot? Why is cheesecake and chocolate cake heated?ā Her response: āYeah, I didnāt (past tense so she knew before I asked) know why ātheyā did that. I opened the cheesecake and showed her the melted dessert. She shrugged and said āI can see if they will give you a new one.ā Seriously??? āSee if??ā So I ask her to wait and open the chocolate cake which looks like you would imagine after two hours in a warming oven that would keep wings and such hot. So I suggest that the whole order needs to be replaced. I politely said that this was unacceptable, they guy behind me told me I am a lot nicer than he would be. 15 minutes later, she has not returned. A young man comes to the front/to go area and checks with each of us. I explain my situation and he apologizes and says he can get my cake right away. I wouldnāt call it right away but he did bring me the order and again apologize. Horrific experience. After a year plus of increased takeout, Covid changes...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered dinner for my family here tonight, to be delivered by door dash. I have a large family and ordered 9 meals. Upon delivery there were only 3 meals delivered!!! I naturally noticed right away and told the delivery driver this was clearly not all of the food, to which he replied he is just handed an order and delivers it. I can see this being the case, however do know that the drivers know what they are picking up and should note if they are picking up a hundred dollar order of 9 meals, and are handed 3 meals (I know this aspect is a door dash matter and have also filed a complaint with them).
I also contacted Buffalo Wild Wings and was put on hold for a āManagerā. The āManagerā said it was not the restaurantās fault because the Door Dash driver ārefusedā to take the full order!!! That doesnāt even make sense!!! A driver told the restaurant they were only going to take part of the order and deliver it!? If they didnāt want to deliver the order they wouldnāt take and deliver PART of it!!! Even if one accepts that crazy excuse, it would be good customer service to contact the customer/not just give the partial order to the driver/notify Door Dash what a driver was trying to do.
This āManagerā elected to just give that bogus excuse and say ātough luckā to a large order customer, rather than own up to the full order not being given to the driver and try to make it right at all. Then I have to try to figure out what to feed the whole rest of the family.
Needless to say I will not be giving my business to this...
