The hostess was very nice and prompt to seat us. Unfortunately, the table we were sat at had crumbs and water marks on it, but our server moved us to another table… which was also not cleaned. I then noticed how dirty the entire place was, from crumbs and food on the floor and benches to crayon drawings on the table dividers. She had the busser come and clean the table we were sitting at and as she was spraying cleaning solution on the table she aimed too far over and sprayed right into my lap. We put that behind us and ordered our drinks and food. Our server did tell us she’s new, so we knew to cut her some extra slack. The drinks came and they were not good. My fiancĆ© ordered a mix drink that was on special and it tasted nasty. I ordered a wine and it came in a glass with food crusted into it. The food took a while to come out and the wings were very over cooked and dried out. I then excused myself to the bathroom to clean myself up and realized after I washed my hands that there were no paper towels to dry my hands. One of the other servers was serving his tables with his mask under his chin. I understand being against masks, but if your employer requires it you should respect that and wear one while serving food. I’d been to this restaurant a while ago (pre-Covid) and it was a very different experience. It seems like management gave up on this one. I will not be back.

Stopped in for their new chicken sandwiches. And boy were we disappointed. At first glance the sandwiches were TALL. Not quite what u would expect from a chicken breast. Then we took our 1st bite.... crunch, crunch, crunch. The batter was crispy to say the least. I love a good crust on on fried chicken but this was more batter than meat. Although the meat was moist the heavy amount crispy batter gave it a dryer taste. The picture shows the amount batter just from the edge of the chicken. You should never be able to hold that much batter between two fingers. And that's just from the top side of the chicken, there was an equally amount on the bottom half of the breast. A Restaurant which has a chicken part as 50% of it's name shouldn't get a chicken sandwich this wrong. My son said the new Burger King chicken sandwich is better. šŸ¤¦ā€ā™‚ļø. Lastly, we are not mayo peeps so we changed our sauce to one of their signature wing sauces. We were upcharge $2.00 per sandwich. Come on guys, on a 5.99 sandwich where u swap mayo for a buffalo sauce or Asian Zing sauce, the upcharge shouldn't be a 30%. It's not about the money but if we added some exotic truffle suace to the sandwich that may warrant a 30% upcharge. To be uncharged that much for maybe 1 table spoon of sause for each sandwich 😳. Not a great way to attract a new customer, just sayin.

This is are third try at this chain over the past couple years. All times have been unsatisfactory. Three strikes... "Your Out". Recommend everyone value your time, family, health, and fun wiser..... go elsewhere.

Went there this weekend with my wife and daughter our waitress look like she didn't know anything about hospitality and service. Me and my wife ordered drinks and juice for my daughter we got our drinks waitress never brought the juice for my daughter. Asked her three times about the juice and every time she walked by our table she passed right by us with no juice I had to ask another waitress for the juice in order for my daughter to get it 15 minutes after we ordered it. About that time we've been sitting there for 20 minutes we just drinks no service. Then we ordered an appetizer and two meals and a kids meal. After 40 minutes of waiting the waitress brings out our appetizers and our meal at the same time let alone our appetizer is cold are fries are cold or chicken wings are cold and my sandwich is cold. At that time I ask to speak to the manager and the manager had the audacity to tell me that all the food came out at the same time. Which makes absolutely no sense for an appetizer to come out with your meal and everything come out at the same time which been sitting at the window for god-knows-how-long for us to get it that cold. Then the manager offered to remake our food except for the appetizer she just left the cold appetizer on the table and told us the appetizers on the house. Who the hell wants a cold appetizer Chicken on the appetizer was rock hard that's how cold it was no steam no nothing. Then 15 minutes later she passes by and tells us that the food is coming out right now and we should have it in a couple minutes another 20 minutes pass until our food got there. That she asks me is there anything else that she can do I said sure my wife needs a Bud Light and I need a sweet tea the other waitress brings the Bud Light but no one brings the sweet tea I asked for it. So here I am eating my whole meal with no drink trying to get the attention of any waitress which they all look lost and wouldn't attend to us at all not even the manager came back to the table. At the end of the day this is the worst experience I've ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings I will definitely never be going back to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Cape Coral I'll make sure I'll let everyone know what type of service and hospitality they offer at that restaurant in Cape Coral horrible service and if corporate ever gets a hold of this review I hope you do something to change that whole restaurant around some Hospitality training it's definitely needed at...

My son ordered desseet (cheesecake and chocolate cake) and since I was out running errands, asked me to pick it up on my way home. I stopped there less than two hours after he ordered. There were about 5 parties seated, the bar was 2/3 empty. There were employees walking around, cleaning, setting tables (all necessary but secondary to customer service). The young lady at takeout asked the name on the order and confirmed: 1 slice of cheesecake, 2 pieces of chocolate cake). She then retrieved my bag from what I learned is a warming oven. Here is where my complaint begins. How does she take CAKE out of the warming oven where it has been for nearly two hours and not identify a problem??? She even said ā€œHe ordered almost two hours ago, we wondered if he forgot it.ā€ As I accept the bag, I feel heat coming from the bag. I return and ask same young lady ā€œThis is hot? Why is cheesecake and chocolate cake heated?ā€ Her response: ā€œYeah, I didn’t (past tense so she knew before I asked) know why ā€˜they’ did that. I opened the cheesecake and showed her the melted dessert. She shrugged and said ā€œI can see if they will give you a new one.ā€ Seriously??? ā€œSee if??ā€ So I ask her to wait and open the chocolate cake which looks like you would imagine after two hours in a warming oven that would keep wings and such hot. So I suggest that the whole order needs to be replaced. I politely said that this was unacceptable, they guy behind me told me I am a lot nicer than he would be. 15 minutes later, she has not returned. A young man comes to the front/to go area and checks with each of us. I explain my situation and he apologizes and says he can get my cake right away. I wouldn’t call it right away but he did bring me the order and again apologize. Horrific experience. After a year plus of increased takeout, Covid changes...

I ordered dinner for my family here tonight, to be delivered by door dash. I have a large family and ordered 9 meals. Upon delivery there were only 3 meals delivered!!! I naturally noticed right away and told the delivery driver this was clearly not all of the food, to which he replied he is just handed an order and delivers it. I can see this being the case, however do know that the drivers know what they are picking up and should note if they are picking up a hundred dollar order of 9 meals, and are handed 3 meals (I know this aspect is a door dash matter and have also filed a complaint with them).

I also contacted Buffalo Wild Wings and was put on hold for a ā€œManagerā€. The ā€œManagerā€ said it was not the restaurant’s fault because the Door Dash driver ā€œrefusedā€ to take the full order!!! That doesn’t even make sense!!! A driver told the restaurant they were only going to take part of the order and deliver it!? If they didn’t want to deliver the order they wouldn’t take and deliver PART of it!!! Even if one accepts that crazy excuse, it would be good customer service to contact the customer/not just give the partial order to the driver/notify Door Dash what a driver was trying to do.

This ā€œManagerā€ elected to just give that bogus excuse and say ā€œtough luckā€ to a large order customer, rather than own up to the full order not being given to the driver and try to make it right at all. Then I have to try to figure out what to feed the whole rest of the family.

Needless to say I will not be giving my business to this...
