Starstruck Academy of Dance — Local services in Centennial

We recently moved to Starstruck after training for several years at a much smaller studio, and we have been very impressed! Starstruck offers so many class options that it has been easy to fit in competitive dance without largely sacrificing school and family time. My daughters have had incredible opportunities to train with big names in the dance industry as well which has been so exciting for them as young dancers. However, I think what I like the most about Starstruck is their commitment to growing their dancers! They offer so many opportunities for young dancers to grow and continue their dance career, whether it is in college dance, professional dance, or whatever avenue a dancer can dream of taking. I am a long time dancer and Starstruck was the last studio I was apart of. During my time here I met lots of wonderful teachers and progressed a lot with my skills. However, this studio has a horrible atmosphere and is full of cliques and judgment. I found myself dreading class and dealing with a constant feeling of not being good enough. This is a great dance school for those who have a fiery passion for dance, but if you are lacking a thick skin I would not recommend this school for you. There is no other studio I would ever go to. I am an alumni and previous teacher that worked in Las Vegas as a dancer for years. I wouldn't have ever worked professionally if it weren't for Lisa Odell, the director. Lisa and her staff work hard to make your child's dreams come true. She will never boast about this but, I would gather that 95% of her dancers move on to work professionally in various industries (TV, Movies, Music, Stage, etc) as well as move on to college and professional dance teams.
