Mattress Firm Chambersburg — Hotel in Chambersburg

After browsing on the Mattress Firm website I went into the store to test out the mattress I was interested in. I was helped right away, tried the bed and made my purchase at that time. The woman helping me was the manager, Jennifer, I believe and also helped me find a mattress protector because I have cats. She directed me to one in my price range and didn't try to sell me something more expensive. The mattress I chose was on sale on the website, but not on sale in store. So after looking up the deal I had mentioned seeing on the website she price matched the website. When It came time to discussing how I would get the mattress home she asked about the car I had come in. I said that I didn't believe that the mattress would fit and thought I would have to have it delivered. Well she went the extra mile, grabbed a measuring tape she had handy and we went out and measured the trunk of my car all the way to the front seats after I put the back ones down. She confirmed that the mattress would fit in my car with minimal to no hang over and that there was twine available in the store in case we had to tie the trunk down with the plastic covered mattress hanging out the back. I agreed to take it home that day and she and another associate loaded the mattress up and it fit perfectly, no twine nessicary, the trunk even shut! Mind this is a 2005 Toyota Camry, it blew my mind that the mattress actually fit inside! This saved me money which I greatly appreciated, no delivery fee. This manager went above and beyond to help me with my purchase, from figuring out which one I was talking about, to price matching it, to getting it in my car, and helping me find a good mattress protector to save it from my cats this store gets 5 stars from me! I would absolutely go here again to purchase a mattress, although that will probably be a while as I don't anticipate needing one in the next few years. The mattress I got seems to be of excellent quality!

I had to go back to Mattress Firm today to upgrade the quality of my mattress and to purchase a second mattress for someone else in my home. The mattress I had bought previously was the lowest priced one in the store at that time and served me well. But my back was telling me it was time to upgrade to something a bit better. The other person in my house needed a new mattress as hers is over 10 years old, deff time for an upgrade! We were helped immediately ,again byJennifer, and after having viewed mattresses on the website went into the store to see if they had it on the floor to give it a bit of a test. It was not but we were shown to a comparable one and fell in love immediately! Two were purchased as well as two more mattresses protectors. I am very satisfied with my visits to this Mattress Firm location and encourage anyone looking to buy a mattress to give Mattress Firm in Chambersburg, Pa a try. There was no pushy salesmanship here. Just sales people who listened to what we were looking for and who showed us mattresses in that price range, style, and even ones that were on sale! I very Highly...

I typically love coming here. I know what I want. The staff us usually amazing. This particular dec 27th it was one staff member older female with 2 customers walking the floor. I walked in, told her what I wanted and where it was. Done right? No. Her computer and card runner were not working. She ran my card at least 5 times. After 10 min of trying to charge my card and it not working she asked me to leave and get cash or use a credit card , bc she had to attend to the people browsing before me.. what? I asked her to call someone she said no it takes to long. mmkay. But if you don't fix this for me, a paying customer, how will it work for anyone? My 300$ sale wasn't enough . Note this couple wasn't buying bc the husband was complaining about everything. They were just looking I was actuallybuying. I will Not go back there if she is there. So rude. I offered her to restart the system or call for help. She said it would to long so she keept trying to run my card. Ok? So you want to loose my sale? Very rude. She kept apologizing once my spouse came in and the other couple left. I had asked my spouse to come in bc i was literally being treated like crap. Then the sales person says, w the less expensive mattress you ONLY get a 3 yr warranty. She could have said u have a 3 yr warranty period. "They were here first", and apparently, they are more important, even though they weren't buying anything. They were looking at big ticket items, which mind you we need soon but inrefuse to go here. My husband and I moved into our first place together in July and got married in August. We bought a bed and frame from another place, and we have been paying $250 a month for it. We were fed up with paying so much for a bed that just okay. We sent it back and decided to go bed shopping yesterday. We stopped in the Mattress Firm, Chambersburg location, and it was the best decision! We were warmly greeted by Tyler who gave us a great overview of how Mattress Firm works. He listened to what we were looking for, our finances, and our circumstances... and he matched us to the perfect bed. We were in heaven laying there as he educated us on this bed! He and Dominick were so awesome because they worked TOGETHER in ensuring we got the best price and the best experience! We felt no pressure at all, which was such a relief! They made us laugh, and they made sure our experience was opposite of the initial experience we had with the previous place. My husband and I left from buying an amazing bed and adjustable frame for $56 a month, with huge smiles on our faces, as well as confidence that we made the best choice in terms of where we got our new bed and whom we got it from!
