Happy Birthday to Julia. Took my daughter here for her birthday. Her choice. On arrival we asked for a booth and they hooked us up with a big one in the corner which being a family of 4 gave us plenty of room to enjoy our meal. I also asked if they did anything for birthdays to which they said you get a free dessert which is cool but we decided against it because we were taking her out for birthday dessert, we were hoping for a happy birthday serenade but Olive Garden is a respectable establishment and we did not want to disturb the other customers lol. Delaney our server however made it a most enjoyable experience. She kept us supplied with warm bread sticks, cold ice tea and plenty of shredded cheese for our entrees. She also had a wonderful demeanor and a great attitude which is not easy when you have to look at your customers through a mask all day. The food was great, hot and very tasty, what more could you ask for. Thanks Olive Garden and especially Delaney for giving my family, specifically my daughter a wonderful birthday meal. Happy anniversary to my lovely wife, 13 wonderful years together and we are to the point now where we are taking our children with us for our anniversary dinners lol. Second time at this particular Olive Garden location and second great time and good food partly thanks to Emma our server who was great at her job, very polite, attentive and brought us all of our food hot and in a hurry. This place now seems to be quickly be becoming our family's new celebratory restaurant lol. Thanks one more time Olive Garden and staff.

The food was good but too heavy for my taste. Its all buttery and creamy and but thats what pasta is all about. Evan attended us and was a great guy. The service was great and the portions for the price were terrific. I hate that I had to pay 2 dollars extra just because I played a minute of the table game while waiting for the food. Although its not much but it should have been mentioned that there was a charge for the game . Imagine playing pool in your tablet for a minute and paying 2 dollars . I ordered lemonade and chicken alfredo with chicken gnocchi which was par with my taste. My wife on the other hand had hard time finishing the spaghetti with mushroom sauce which tasted like butter sauce(too buttery) and can use a bit of improvement. I got andes chocolate as reward by Evan before I left. All in all it was a good experience and I know the hardship of waiting in the line for the olive garden in NYC . Thank god I didn’t waste my time doing that. Would recommend giving it a try

Went in just after 7PM and right off had a friendly smile. We ordered a bottle of wine and then we ordered dinner. I ordered the cheese ravioli and my other half ordered stuffed shells. Within a couple of minutes the salad and breadsticks came out. Within just a couple of minutes longer the main dishes came out. It would have been nice to be able to eat the salad course first before we dive into the main course. I was also a little discouraged that the waitress stated that it was in the window for a couple minutes before she brought it and it would have been faster but she let it sit there. When I go out I want fresh cooked food don't want something that's going to be sitting under a heat lamp for several minutes before it's served. I like to enjoy my meal and not be rushed. Timing is everything.

We had considered dining at one or another of this chain, but over and over again decided against it because of crowding, noise levels, and ridiculously long wait times. Today was quite the exception to this. I don't know if it was post-covid restaurant hesitancy, or perhaps our timing was just fortuitous. We decided to give it a shot today, because we had a gift card.

We were seated promptly, and ordered coffee as our beverages. While a couple of napkins and silverware were provided, no spoon was supplied to either of us, so we had to ask for them. I also had to ask for sugar, as well. When the spoons arrived, they weren't the expected teaspoons, but rather looked like soup spoons!

Food arrived fairly quick, starting with a really large bowl of salad, which we were expected to serve ourselves from. Two peices of tomato, two peppers, three black olives, a lot of iceberg lettuce in fairly large chunks, and way too many rock hard croutons. No choice of dressing was offered, though I was okay with whatever it was that they put on there. We both ordered chicken dishes, and the chicken was so tender you could cut it with a fork. Overall I can say that the food was quite good. I had forgotten about the wait staff being the ones that dispense the grated cheese, "tell me when to stop", as opposed to just having it on the table for us to use.

There was also a "device" on the table, and on every other table, which could be used to view the menu, call the server, and even pay, assuming you were using a Visa card. We elected not to use the thing, and I turned it to face away from me, and at some point later on the server turned it around so that it was facing me, at which point the display was doing something with an annoying amount of flashing. We could have...

We eat at Olive Garden quite frequently. I took my mom and my youngest daughter to Olive Garden for lunch for their birthdays. They both share a birthday so we like to have lunch on that special day. And we’ve always had a great experience until this time. The waitress was absolutely horrible. The three of us ordered the soup, salad and breadsticks like we usually do. But this waitress brought our soup at the same time she brought the salad. I think common sense would dictate to allow us some time to eat our salad before bring in the soup. Bringing the soup at the same time as bringing our salad would make the soup cold by the time we got to eat it. The waitress told me it was a policy to bring the soup and the salad at the same time. I know this is a lie because I’ve eaten at Olive Garden a lot over the past 15-20 years, and I have never had a soup be brought out at the same time as the salad. And it seems like, because I said something to the waitress that the rest of our time there she completely neglected everything from bringing more breadsticks to our drinks being refilled. It was just an overall awful experience. She even asked if we wanted to have to go cups for our drinks and we all said yes, but she only brought one for my mom and daughter and deliberately didn’t bring one for me. I still gave her a tip, even though she deserved nothing! I am more than likely not going to go back to that restaurant. I will drive the distance to go somewhere else with...
