MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Chambersburg

From the moment we entered the associate, Ashley was severely rude. It was not busy when we first walked in. My parents both ordered ahead of myself. Then my husband, son,daughter and i ordered. Ordered a mini size pizza with red sauce, cheese, ham and pineapple, and a mod size salad, another mini size pizza and a regular size pizza. When it came to the mini pizza with pineapple, the sauce was poured on and had bare minimum cheese. So i simply asked for more cheese once i sae the pizza. The cashier, Danielle, who was very very polite said we can just make u a new one. I said ok. Well then Ashley very aggressively and nasty grabs a new sheet, pours the sauces, piled high, throws ham and pineapple in a mountain format with cheese...i was completely shocked and said, if that one is for me, that is way tooo much. I was completely shocked that they wasted so much food when all i asked for was a little extra cheese. So i said, that one isnt mine, is that one mine, that is way too much, why would she do that!?. So then, AGAIN ashley aggressively throws out the pizza and begins to make another pizza,. Finally this one is done correctly. Shortly after Ashley continued to look at me in a nasty way. I am completely appauled at the unprofessionalism by Ashley and her snark attitude the entire time. I continued to watch how she dealt with her co workers and her other customers. I know some people can have bad days, but Ashley was just completely out of line on so many levels. I wouldve sent her home if I were her manager. Her attitude was not much different to others as she had behaved with me. I wish I had a different experience bc otherwise the food was fine once...

I normally love MOD Pizza and order from them frequently until I ordered from them July 2nd and found a long blonde hair in my food! I Googled the number to talk to a manager and got some main number/call center. I waited on hold awhile and opted to leave a message to have them call me back, but never happened. The next day I called again and finally got in touch with the General Manager, Heather. I told her what happened and her exact words were "this was yesterday?...ok so what would you like me to do about it?" It took everything in me not to snap on her, but that's not exactly the professional response you'd expect from a manager when one of their employees makes a mistake. The whole experience has turned me off from them completely....but in all fairness, until that experience, they were my go to pizza place. Loved the all options and how...

Never been here, but we have something similar called Blaze Pizza by me. When I say similar, I mean it's exactly the same. You pick your sauce, cheese, toppings, etc. They throw it in the super hot oven and cook it up for you in a few minutes. It's very good, thin crust pizza. If you're looking for 9.1 One Bite level, wrong place. It's solid. You get full and have fun making any combination your mind can come up with. It's way better than Dominoes, Papa John'snor Pizza Hut. It's actually better than a lot of local pizzerias, but it's not mind-blowing. You will have fun. I dare you to put every topping on it! Stop by if you see one. And they make salads with all those toppings if you don't want the pizza part of going...
