Update: now this location has extreme issues with portioning. Especially with the chips. Multiple times now I have received a bag of chips with MAYBE 10 chips in it. Today, my friend was in about 20 minutes before me and got a bag FULL of chips. I decided to try my luck and got barely any chips… something really needs to be done about this locations inconsistency. It’s ridiculous.
I frequent this location, at least once a week, but lately it has gone down hill. Staff is always extremely slow, and rude. At any given time, there are at least 5-7 people working, and they are always terrible. Two days in a row, I’ve had terrible experiences. Yesterday, I went in there and there was a lady in front of me that had a very large order while I had a simple bowl with 3 ingredients, very easy to make. They proceeded to make my food and let it sit there while the lady in front of my took nearly 10 minutes to complete her order. I simply asked to be rung up so I could go back to work, and they said “no she’s almost done ordering.” I waited a little longer and new that by the time I got my food I was going to be cold. I asked them to remake it, which they did with a lot of attitude and just general rudeness. I left and didn’t think too much of it as I also work in a restaurant and know that people have off days sometimes. However, today I went in again and it was mostly the same people working, but much fewer customers. While I was ordering my food, I noticed a girl taking down all the bags of chips, but I saw a huge bowl of them sitting in the back, so I figured they were just going to make more bags. I asked for a small bag of chips at the register, and the lady says “Oh sorry we are out of chips right now”. I looked at her confused and just pointed to the giant bowl in the back. She did not offer any further explanation, just that they were out of chips, which was clearly a lie. And then while I was getting my money out the employee turned around and said to her coworkers “she made us remake her food yesterday because I wouldn’t let her cut in line”. I cannot believe the rudeness of this staff. I am not sure what the manager is doing or letting the employees to, but something is clearly wrong with this store. Read moreThis is the worst chipotle I have been to. We make a 35 minute drive just to go to the next closest one, when we decide to eat out. It's impossible to talk to a manager via phone call. They are always out of stuff...every time. We went and they we're out of lettuce and so when I asked for sour cream and guac ( almost out of guac) they way over compensated with sour cream , I guess trying to make up for it but it was not even edible. Then when checking out I asked for chips and queso.. no chips, but still wanted to offer me queso??? This is every single time. Also, I feel like the employees are trained for this now, they don't even hand a receipt to me anymore, I have to ask, they automatically take it and trash it, I have had to ask for it and the employee working the register say's " I'm sorry, I already threw it away". To which I will start replying " great, dig it out of your trash can" because when I do try and contact about an issue, they want all the info off the receipt, that just so happened to end up in the trash, without even asking if I wanted. I will say I used to work at a Dr office near this location, back then it was not this bad when we would go out at work, however, lately I wouldn't waste the money here and it's worth the trip to go to another location... Or even Panera...
Read moreOur last two experiences at Chipotle were terrible. Both times the young men who waited on us were rude and unfriendly. I asked for a steak salad...and there was enough for at least two more salads. He said we don't have any steak as a guy from the back came and removed the steak container. I said that it looked like there was steak. He just stared at me and said, "what do you want." He was rude. Two days ago I asked for brown rice. What was there was the bottom of the container and stuck to the sides and bottom. I asked if I could have fresh rice and he said "that's what we have" and "I don't know what to tell you". I asked if he could check, which he reluctantly did and then a guy from the back came with a fresh container. He was definitely p.o.ed with me. I was going to get the queso but it also was the bottom and clumped together and I wasn't about to push him over the edge. After we got our order, we sat at a table, which we had to clean off. I used to love going there for a quick meal, but lately it's been unpleasant and not very clean. I know there's a worker shortage, so maybe a little training on customer service would help.
