Not about the store so much as the customer service #. Everytime ive gone into the store they have been great! But I can't always make it into the store so i will use they're Customer Service # if you can even call it that! The last time I did it was a nightmare! But 1st let me preface this with the fact that we moved almost a year ago and our account/service has not been right since!! Anyway when we moved I tried the "Move in a Minute" advo you see all the time! Well that was not the case here! I tried to move my cable and interweb services and thought it was taken care of! No it was not! It kicked me out of my online account re-registered my old address as well as my new address but apparently I don't have service at either locations(So after spending 2.5hrs on the phone with Customer service i canceled the cable/internet).... Then I move my wireless account.. again the same thing happens! but I still have wireless services they withdraw automatically every month(which btw I get charged late fees every month for because its so far past the end of my billing cycle, but was promised that it would not happen as long as I have that auto-draft set up). but I am still unable to access my online account, I cannot see an itemized bill, usage nothing! So then my husband goes and gets cable/internet services in his name, well no one told us that without having xfinity internet they charge you 25$ additional per line per month on your wireless account! So we find that out... So then we decide to combine our accounts into 1 (makes sense right). So i call customer service once again (I should have known better) after 4hrs and 7 reps later, we still have 2 accounts, we are now being charged MORE then before and then they tell us that they are unable to combine accounts over the phone!!
Like honestly I am not one to complain or leave reviews like this but this has been an ongoing issue for almost a year now! and I'm sorry but i have been a customer for such a long time and have continued to be a customer even after all of this! But come on ya'll need...
Read moreMy experience isn't with just this store, but Xfinity as a whole. I have loved Xfinity since I got them almost 8 years ago! Every person I have talked to has been so nice, wonderful and addressed any issue that I've had! Even coming into the store has always been a pleasure. I recently went in to go over some options of transferring a number off my account, I was given multiple options of what I can do including the option I wouldn't prefer and that is canceling the number completely. The time and understanding put into my situation to help me, I am completely grateful for! Talking about my experience today--working in a digital world, I understand security risks, while it was intense on my end to see someone trying to reset my password, I ignored it at first. Then I started receiving verifed 800 numbers calling and was like "Ok lemme see what's going on" and just got a bit sketched out with the automated messages not working so I got onto the website and was able to call a representative that informed me it was an alert from their end because I haven't changed my password for a while. Not even my bank offers that level of security!! The representative and I were able to have a good little laugh and he informed me I didn't have to change my password if I didn't want to, but I was still able to at my leisure. Needless to say I always suggest Xfinity to anyone looking for new internet or mobile--only thing I've learned is if you don't have Xfinity Internet, you can't get mobile so I'll have to remember that with my recommendations lool I will always suggest...
Read moreHad to go to the store twice the first time I went they could not help me set up my phone so they gave me the information to go home and set it up and of course they said if you need tech support just call this number you called the number and you don't get a human being the first person I spoke to at the store this morning was rude not helpful when I went back the second time because I called tech support they set me up an appointment and they said they had no appointment for me and they said that person lied to me on the phone the person on the phone told me to make sure I asked for the store manager which that was Kyle and he was very rude at first he said no we don't get emails we don't get phone calls we don't have appointments he did let me stand there and he walked me through the process but the customer service there is horrible and this is the store manager and so rude why do they schedule appointments on the phone and then you go to the store and they say that person lied to you customer service is so important and I am so frustrated with you all I have my phone with you all and I have my home equipment with you all I can't believe that I'm 65 years old can't get the help from your young people that work for you and that are so rude to...
