I brought a knitted picture that my grandmother made before passing to get framed as a gift for my mother. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I almost cried when I saw the work they did. Everyone was so nice, understanding, and professional. I think I worked with Amber who was literally amazing but I went back in to change the frame I wanted because of second thoughts and worked with another woman that was also amazing and understanding. They didn’t get mad at me for changing my mind or anything. Also, the original day I came in I spoke to I believe Adam. (Could be wrong but he had red hair). He advised me to come in the next day because he wanted someone with more experience to look at it since it was so important to me and I appreciated that so much.    Read moreMichael's stores are mostly the same everywhere, with the exception of size. This isn't the largest or the smallest I've been in, but it is one of the more clean and organized stores.
For some reason, most Michael's are a little dirty and items are misplaced and scattered everywhere. This store was very organized. Their Christmas section is a little smaller, especially the light's section.

Lady in the picture framing department was very helpful in finding the Command strips hooks. They have a large selection. I purchased a Christmas tree and 5 wreaths. Also bought bows for the wreaths.
