We booked this last minute and were lucky enough to have the room we picked available! Our first time here, so wasn't sure what to expect. It was so clean and cute and welcoming. When we first pulled up, the room was right there, very visible, so I was a bit worried. While it was bright with all the big windows, I felt like we would be in a "fishbowl" with no privacy, BUT the curtains made a huge difference! The space was large enough for the two of us. Great A/C. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. The courtyard area was cute and convenient to sit outside. Free laundry was awesome! (although only one washer, dryer each so, you had to time it right). Bath necessities and hair dryer. The location was ok for the most part. About a 3 min walk to the beach. A tad bit more (another block over by the palm pavilion beach restaurant) if you want to go rent chairs and umbrella for the day. (Only $25 to rent the entire day!) But we did take advantage of the ones on the property, too. They were a bit run down but worked. Since this is away from the strip, it's on the quiet end. Walkable to the strip but not super close. But there's not a ton to do right around this building, hence keeping it fairly quiet. You will need to walk or bike to have choices. The free onsite parking at the building was very convenient. And the few other tenants that we did speak with were very nice. Easy check out process. The only suggestion at this time would be to have more than one ice tray. If you are staying, know there is no ice maker, so remember to pick up a bag of ice! 😀 Overall, it was a great decision for our last-minute 3 night stay, and we will be back to stay in that unit again sometime!

Pros: LOCATION was perfect, at the beach we were closer to the more residential area just to the north (very few people) and to the south was lots of food and shopping which our kids loved. BEACH- it was SO CLOSE and such a great location on & off of the beach. We were able to run back to the room if we forgot something. POOL- the kids loved the pool. It was not busy at all- small, but lots of comfortable seating and clean! CLEAN- rental was so clean, not sure how they get all the sand out of there! COMFORTABLE- the one couch in the living room was comfortable, and so were the blankets and beds PARKING- ample parking, so when we left to run errands, we sid not have to worry about finding a new spot. Cons: KITCHEN SUPPLIES- We cooked 2 nights instead of eating out the entire time, and did not have an oven mitt or a pan for the pizza. My husband is a BIG coffee drinker- coffee pot was small and he only had enough coffee for one day. SEATING- we did not spend much time in the living room, but it would be nice to have more than one couch (although it was VERY COMFORTABLE). SUGGESTION ONLY- BEACH SUPPLIES- I wish that the empty closet off the kitchen was a beach supply closet. A place to hang towels, and provide chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, sand castle supplies, etc for each rental. There is a large collection by the pool, but it’s first come first serve. I know we purchased chairs and a board and left them there. I think people would really appreciate having those supplies. Seems like a waste for everyone to buy their own when you only use them at the beach.

Room 133. It’s sad that I have to leave this review but I was completely disappointed with my room first of all I paid almost 300 a night to stay here not to mention that I didn’t get in until 3am so I basically paid for a night I wasn’t there. When I got inside there was a could smell of mildew or if something not sure, as I do my usual routine check when I’m on vacation I see a frying pan that was unusable, the shower pressure was terrible I noticed the doorway looked like someone must’ve broke it before at this point I’m frustrated however I had no choice but to stay because one the reveries non refundable and I did not want to try and find somewhere else to stay as it would have been a waste of money. I wouldn’t ever stay her again my experience was not what I expected for the price I paid

Please read all the reviews||||Trip advisors, it appears, give the most balanced reviews.||Others seem to share only good reviews because it's probably in their interest.||||It is close to the beach.||||Our experience started here with an overcharge.||The images do not reflect the accommodation. This place is no more than a hostel charging hotel rate.||As one previous reviewer said, the place had a musty smell, drowned out by something like mildue, completely run down and out dated. The air conditioning is like a generator on the wall. Even the neighbours one kept us awake when we turned our own off.||Make sure to bring your own pillows.||We were due to stay 11 nights||We left after night 1||We seeked a partial refund because of the issues that we couldn't have known about before we arrived.||||We got the same nonsense as the other replies here.||If we had known||If you had said something ||If you gave us a chance to rectify it.||||There was an amount returned to us.This was the overcharge at the beginning.||||We got an email the next morning looking for a 5 star rating as it would be damaging for them if it was less.||Holding on to your money is more important to them than reviews||||Be warned, if you book here don't expect much.||Avoid...
