FL Destination Weddings — Attraction in Clearwater

If I could give this place a zero I would. Let’s start at the beginning. I called this place to inquire about a reception as the original place I had booked did not include one. The main contact we were put in touch with happened to convince us to use this company for both the ceremony and the reception. We agreed and placed the deposit down to secure the date which was 10/28/2023 I believe in the beginning of 2023. I reach out to this contact to discuss the wedding to be informed via email that he will no longer be handling our wedding due to a relative is now getting married on the same date (which that’s fine) but left us high and dry on how we should have proceeded next since now the person that was doing our wedding was not. I reached out to the place we were holding the ceremony and reception with concern since now we had no one handling our wedding and we nothing was discussed about the wedding at all with this main contact. Luckily the contact at the wedding location was amazing and was helping us every step of the way and was the liaison between me and the main contact of this company. Fast forward to the wedding day. I did show up late because hair and makeup ran late but then was rushed into photos before the ceremony and then after the ceremony the remaining photos were taken for an hour only since we used disposables for the reception. I get the flash drive for the photos of the wedding and this photographer did a disastrous job. All the photos are taken at an upward angle making everyone look like giants and having double chins, the posing the photographer did was terrible, is unnatural looking, and looks dumb in the photos, the bridal parties eyes are closed in almost all the photos taken, we did a parents photo where the photographer failed to tell people to fix their hair, I have no photos of me and my parents at all, and everyone looks just horrible in all the photos that were taken. This place had no detail to it as we were strung along by this company every step of the way expect for the liaison at the ceremony/reception location. The liaison did her best to try and make the day as special as possible. I will not be sharing any of the photos received from this place because they are that terrible. If you are doing a destination wedding please do a lot of research and if the main contact cancels on you after putting a deposit down then demand that deposit back and find another company to help you with your ceremony...

Ashley and Dave were nothing short of incredible! They took care of every single detail. They were always available to answer questions, offer advice, and ensure that everything ran smoothly. Mother nature tried to ruin our day by throwing two hurricanes at our area. Ashley kept us informed about the beach area and the restaurant, calming our concerns.

Dave performed a beautiful ceremony and was a reassuring voice when we became nervous. We both were able to focus on our commitment to each other as he led us to our "I do".

They provided us with a live violinist, a DJ and photographer. Each one brought the same professionalism and dedication we felt from Ashley and Dave. The photographer took wonderful posed pictures and was able to capture natural candid moments of us and our guest.

Their creativity and attention to detail were truly impressive. They transformed our vision into a reality, and the wedding was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. We contacted Mike back in April 2021 with some questions, he gave us the confidence & reassurance that this the way we wanted to go. Then, when we narrowed down our date, he confirmed the availability. We locked in with our deposit. We called back about 3 weeks to go with some more questions. The communication was great, we got our final packet /checklist 10 days before. Our wedding day it was forecasted for rain, Mike emailed us the day before letting us know we needed to most likely move the time up to earlier in the day, and morning of we chose an earlier time. Our ceremony was simple as it was just the two of us. We loved being able to write our own vows. Melissa the photographer was very easy to work with. She got all the right angles. She tried to keep the sun out of our eyes as much as possible. We loved being steps away from our condo on the beach. We loved the hassle free & stress free.
