I was there for my friend's wedding this past week. The venue itself was nice and located right on the water however, the man at the front, Brody was less than pleasant. Rather than having the venue reserved for the whole day this place charges per hour for set up and the actual event plus take down. This is odd because they can't possibly use the space between set up and the event. I've ran just a tad over time setting up, when I asked about getting a little more time to finish up Brody smile and said of course. When we asked about then switching out a table that they gave us that was noticeably smaller than the rest (sat 6 rather than 8) he asked, with an attitude, if we were paying for more time even though this was due to their mistake. When addressing the mixed group, African-American and Caucasian he was rude. In fact every time he spoke to someone other than me or the other Caucasian bridesmaid in this group he was very rude. The price also doubled from the original quote he gave my friend and the "deposit" was actually an extra charge that he did not tell her about. He also told us that we did not need parking passes but some ended up with parking tickets. In all, he didn't ruin the day but the day would have been better...

Wonderful place for a wedding reception. The catering service was wonderful. The attendant in the lobby was an angel helping me as a disabled person in a wheelchair. As far as the restroom is concerned , I was not happy that the trash barrel was in the corner under the diaper changing table where I had to throw a wet pad and it landed on the floor. How is it someone turns in something to the lost and found from the gym area the employees acknowledge that someone turned them in and that they had them but now suddenly they disappear. That tells me an employee must have taken them from the lost and found. Taking something that doesn't belong to you out of the lost and found his thieft. Or at the very least careless. Very...
