1900 98 Condo — Hotel in Destin

When adding the location of our condo to Google maps I happened to notice the overall review was shockingly low. When I read through them I realized none of the negative reviews were from actual guests. Yes, there is an attendant at the beach as it is private. Yes, they do discourage people who trespass beyond the 20 foot rule onto the private beach. This 1900-98 Condo Complex is outstanding. It’s new, fresh, modern and in the middle of it all. The private beach space and service is another main reason we love it here. Nate is so hospitable and does a great job keeping the public out of the space that we pay for. We have stayed here twice this summer in two different units and are booked for next summer. The self righteous beach patrol BOY was extremely rude and disrespectful needs to learn better manners must not have got very many hugs as a child. I nor my wife were intoxicated and we merely took a moment to take a break from the sun on their clearly empty beach chairs .
