We went to this El Pollo Loco this evening for dinner, intending to dine in. The moment we opened the door, we were overwhelmed by a foul sewer smell that filled the entire restaurant. It was honestly nauseating and made the place feel extremely unclean and unwelcoming.

We mentioned the odor to the manager, and while they acknowledged it, there didn’t seem to be any urgency or surprise—almost like it was something they were used to. That was even more concerning.

Because we were already there and hungry, we decided to order our food to-go, but the entire experience left a bad taste in our mouths—long before we even got our food. This location clearly needs serious attention to sanitation and maintenance. It’s disappointing and unacceptable for a restaurant to operate under...

I live in Inglewood two blocks from The Forum, there are (2) El Pollo Loco’s near me 😝 no bueno.

Yes, people I’ll either hop on the 105 Fwy or drive to this location every time I crave El Pollo Loco.

On this day Friday 2/1/19 I just got off work in Torrance, passed what (3) El Pollo Loco on my way to this location.

They are the bestest of the best........period.

You want your pieces juicy, you get juicy. You want extra cooked, you get extra cooked. You walk in, the place is so clean you can eat off the floor (5 second rule) that is 😁.

They have one of the best staff around. From the Chef, Manager and Cashier they are the friendliest I’ve ever encountered.
