I ordered by phone around 4:45pm tonight. I was told it would be ready in 15 mins. I arrived around 5pm. Went to Dollar General first. Then go and pick up my pizza. This was at 5:05pm when I first arrived at Little Ceasers. The guy went to check for my order and said they are backed up and i would have to wait about 10 mins. So i waited and waited. 20 mins later the guy asked me my name. He doesn't see my order up yet. He said 10 mins longer he was sorry. So Im waiting and im seeing alot of other customers there and they were also waiting long time for their orders. 1 lady came in to get her order from Pizza Portal and there were none in there. So she asked for them they gave her order but they were wrong order. She had to sit and wait for her order. Im still sitting there waiting on mine. She got hers and left. So I get up and asked again where is my order. The other guy was looking and gave me wrong order with different name. I said thats not my order. So he went looking for it . The manager asked me whats my name. She gave me the same wrong name order as the guy gave me first time. I said thats not my order. So she went back there looking for my order. She said there was no ticket for my order. So she took my order and said this was free. So I finally got my order but 1 small issue. Wrong order. I ordered half mushroom and I got sausage. So i took it anyways cuz i wasnt going to wait any longer. This was at 6:30pm when I finally got my order. I recommend the corporate bring another Little Ceasers open and it should be in Radcliff. Have more than 1 store open. I appreciate they gave me mine free but this is ridiculous. I waited 1 and half hr and they didn't have my order. Someone needs to fix this problem. I already contacted the corporate about this. Apparently Im not the only customer complaining about this. Get fixed fast Ceasers. You supposed to be...
Read moreWe have two location in my town. Only one of them has the stuffed crazy bread, which is what I went in to order. Walking in to start off was not a very professional scene. Teenage girls in the back, cutting up, hanging ponytails where they were making pizzas, and not paying much attention to the customers coming in and looking at each other, like they didn't know what to do.
I made my order and the girl taking it, acted like she didn't know what i wanted. Paid for it and was told that it would be about 10 minutes. I went back outside to wait, as the waiting area is a small space. When i came back in to pick up my order, I could hear the girls making the food, talking about how much of a pain in the @$$ it was to make this bread, that it wasn't even on the menu and how she didn't know how I knew that they served it. She continued on saying that it was a waste of money, for the little bit that I had got and it was stupid for me to have ordered it.
When given my order I asked when a MANAGER would be in for me to call. The girl told me, in a very rude manner might I add, that there was only a shift manager on duty and then three times changed the name of the person I needed to call. The "shift manager" than came out and asked what the problem was, I told her that I wanted to speak to a manager that was OVER them and she said well I'm the shift manager, what's the difference.
At this point I was already mad, the one girl had told me that three different people were who I needed to talk to, and then the "Shift Manager" was rude to me as well. She should have been setting an example for the employees she was "managing"
I informed them both, that is was NOT their job to complain about what I ordered, and what I paid for it. It is very unprofessional (crap joint pizza place or not) to talk about customers and complain, especially where they...
Read moreI ordered from this location for the first time in quite awhile. There's always an issue with my order and a reason why I am always waiting for my prepaid food. This evening I ordered $30 dollars worth of food then proceeded to the restaurant about 25 minutes away. Upon my arrival at 7:35 my order was not in the portal for pickup again. After speaking with the manager on duty "steven" he I formed my my order was made but not anywhere in the building. Steven then made a half hazard attempt to soothe me over with a free pizza coupon, the audacity of this individual after waiting untill 8pm for food that was supposed to be ready at 7:35. Steven could not tell me what happened to my order but as an experienced restaurant manager I know that my food was given to walk in orders and that's just absurd!! After being advised by steven that he would restart my order an hour after the initial order and payment was made. I requested that steven just cancel my order and refund my $30 dollar purchase. I was then told I would get my $30 dollars back in the next seven days, so here I am a half hour from home trying to pick up a pre ordered pizza, I have wasted my gas money an hour of my time driving to and from the restaurant and had no pizza to provide my family for dinner. As previously stated I'm an experienced restaurant manager and very experienced in customer service. This experience was an absolute joke and your company should consider re-training your management on all SOP's and make an effort to provide better than Lackluster customer service to...
