My kids love this place I'm not a fan I was being generous giving it 3 stars to be honest.i ordered the double burger my wife ordered sourdough melt and my son ordered a chicken sandwich and my other son ordered the same thing I did. The first issue I had was it took 21 minutes for our food and worse part is there was several people behind the counter and there was only one customer in the lobby . I don't know why it took so long but when they served us our food they did apologize and gave my family a free ice cream scoop. The staff was friendly it just took way to long to get our food. The restaurant was clean. My wife was not a huge fan of the sourdough melt she said it was ok but would not order it again. Both of my sons loved theirs. My sons are a big fan of the cheese curds which I think are decent. I personally did not like the flavor of my burger thought the onion rings was a little cold so did my wife and for some reason the coke was not very cold even though I had lots of ice. The ice cream was absolutely horrible to me. However my family enjoyed it and ate my also.I personally do not recommend Culver's I think they are way over rated I would prefer a Wendy's burger myself. However my kids highly recommend them and my wife is neutral she thinks it was ok. Not to mention it was way overpriced. Again nothing against the staff I just don't think the food...
Read moreWe have been to Culver's locations in several states, and sadly, this is the worst one. More than half the time, something is wrong with our order. Once a burger came with half a bun, that was interesting. Frequently they'll give the wrong size/flavor of frozen custard, more than once the pretzel bites have been hard as a rock (and they barely give any cheese with them), multiple times when we've ordered rolls separately we haven't received them, today one side of the kids meal grilled cheese was burned and SO oily, and instead of getting charged for 2 kids meals like I ordered, I didn't realize until later I was charged for a value basket on one of them. When I called to point this out, they were less than helpful. Very rarely are any employees friendly there. The person that brought the order out to the car today gave me the bags and didn't say word. Also, just know if you order food and custard at the drive thru, you'll get your custard first so it has plenty of time to melt while waiting for your food. The few times I've gone inside the bathroom has been disgusting. It's a shame that this location needs so much improvement. Apparently there's a new manager though, so hopefully most of this will get fixed. It will be a long time until my family bothers going back to this...
Read moreI love Culver's.... Don't get me wrong. I love some cheese curds like no other! I just feel that this place charges you for food that you would be charged at a 5 star sit down restaurant and that just their debut butterburger meal and drink. No way something that is fast food, sorta greasy or buttery(whatever) should cost this much. I feel like if you're going alone, it's not terrible but God forbid you throw on a kids meal and another person's basic meal package and already you're looking at $60 for 3 people! I like it.... but it's not $60 material. I get that the meat is fresh and not frozen or whatever but in the same breath, it being fresh shouldn't cost me more money. Less preservatives are going into that since it's not getting thrown into a freezer. Honestly, if it powers the price $6, I don't care if you do throw it in the darn chiller! I welcome it actually. With that being said, it's good food, good frozen custard but this is no longer a "fast food restaurant" on our list when we go out. This is now "beer taste,...
