Wingstop — Restaurant in Elizabethtown

I had high hopes visiting Wingstop, but unfortunately, my recent experience fell short. The service was unusually slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. Our server seemed disengaged and we had to ask multiple times for basic items like napkins and drink refills.

The food was also underwhelming — the wings lacked flavor and were served lukewarm. Considering the price point and brand reputation, I expected better quality and consistency.

I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but I believe feedback is important. I hope this location takes steps to improve both service and food standards moving forward.

Also typically people with attitudes shouldn’t even be working fast food but I guess it’s the best job they could find I guess. Nobody asked you to work there..I wouldn’t even rate this a one star. Zero...

So I ordered online, which said it would take 28 to 31 minutes. I arrived early and went in about 10 minutes early and my food was ready on the counter. McKenna helped me and she had great customer service. To make sure that your food is good and hot you need to get there earlier than when they tell you it will be ready. They had so many bags on the counter, so I’m sure a lot of people‘s food was cold. I do have a five minute drive, but the food was still warm. If I would have got there when they told me to get there, the food probably wouldn’t have been hot. The thing I don’t like is they do put all your wings in one box. And they are stingy with the sauce that you have on it. Some of the chicken didn’t even have nothing on it. I went at 730pm so it was plenty of parking at that time...

I would give this place zero stars if it were possible. I picked up an order of wings, and they were the worst wings I’ve ever had in my entire life. One portion had absolutely no sauce, and instead was swimming in a pool of oil. All of the wings were inedible. They were hard, tough, and chewy. When I contacted the store, they were very unconcerned. They said that we would need to drive BACK to the store with the food in order to get a replacement order. I definitely did not want any more of these disgusting wings. They refused to give me even a partial refund and they were very rude! I will never, EVER go back to Wingstop. With so many good wing places in Elizabethtown, do yourself a favor and DO NOT order...
