I am writing to express my disappointment with the service that my family and I received at your restaurant on Mother's Day, May 9th, 2025.

We had made a reservation at your establishment to celebrate this special occasion. However, upon arrival, we encountered an issue regarding the identification of my son. While he did not have his physical driver's license with him, he presented a valid driver's license picture on his phone. I kindly requested to speak to the manager to inquire if an exception could be made in this case.

To my surprise, the host informed me that the manager would not accommodate our request and would have told me the same. This response was quite perplexing, considering that one can board a plane or purchase alcoholic beverages & gamble using a photo driver's license. It seemed unreasonable that we were denied entry to dine at your restaurant due to the absence of a physical ID, especially when we did not intend to use the hookah service, which appeared to be the primary concern.

I chose not to engage in a confrontation with the host as I firmly believe that valued customers should not have to plead for the opportunity to spend their money at an establishment. Instead, I felt compelled to share my experience with you and consider leaving a review to bring to light the seemingly nonsensical situation that occurred.

Celebrating Mother's Day is a meaningful tradition for our family, and we had looked forward to enjoying a memorable meal together at your restaurant. Unfortunately, the incident dampened our spirits and left us feeling unwelcome.

I trust that you value customer feedback and take constructive criticism seriously in order to enhance the overall dining experience at your establishment. I sincerely hope that steps will be taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future and ensure that all guests are treated with fairness and respect.

Absolutely Outstanding Experience at Nukha!

From the moment we stepped into Nukha, we knew we were in for something special. The ambiance and atmosphere create a warm, inviting vibe that perfectly blends modern comfort with a touch of exotic charm. Soft lighting, tasteful decor, and a relaxed yet lively energy set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.

The food at Nukha is nothing short of spectacular. We started with the cheese rolls — simply outstanding! Crispy, cheesy, and bursting with flavor, they set the tone for the meal. The Chicken Aldana Plate was tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, while the Grilled Veggie Plate was fresh, vibrant, and beautifully grilled. The Lahmacun Pie was a delightful, savory treat, crispy on the edges with a rich, spiced topping that left us craving more. Every dish showcased the restaurant’s commitment to fresh ingredients and authentic flavors.

The service was equally impressive. Our server, Bernie, went above and beyond — friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about the menu. He took the time to explain each dish and shared a bit about the restaurant’s concept and dedication to quality, making us feel truly valued. His attentive service and genuine hospitality made our experience even more memorable.

And let’s not forget the hookah — absolutely top-notch! Marat, the hookah master, is a true artist. He crafted one of the best hookahs we’ve ever had in Las Vegas — smooth, flavorful, and incredibly refreshing. His skill and attention to detail elevated our entire evening, making it the perfect complement to the fantastic food and ambiance.

All in all, Nukha offers a captivating atmosphere, exceptional food, stellar service, and a legendary hookah experience. It’s clear why we can’t wait to return. Nukha is a hidden gem that deserves all the praise — a must-visit for anyone looking for a memorable night...

I went to Nukha tonight with my mum visiting from France... we had a great dinner and an amazing time. First of all the hostess, Lya greated us upon entry of the establishment with such professionalism and friendly manners. We didn’t have any reservation and she was able to get us a table outside in a really busy night without having to wait any minute. Thanks to her we had the best seats in the restaurant. Teddy tonight was our server, she took really great care of us making sure there was no issues with food allergies, she is friendly, professional, smiling and made my mum’s last night in Vegas the best it could have been. Anna helped us as well on busy time which shows great team work. Arsid and Emmanuel her assistants were taking great care of cleaning and resetting our table between courses. And even boxed our food for ourselves. What I also really appreciated is that the owner and managers came to us and every table to make sure every customer were enjoying their time and make sure quality was up to standards. We had a great time there, a lot of fun, mostly with the live DJ which makes the whole ambiance really enjoyable and more fun. Brandon the meat cuter and sole tableside food performer, makes the best show for all your tableside dish performances. We got the pistachio Baklava tonight and he made us the best presentation of all time. Cheers to this man with great talent! Thank you Nukha! I got the Mediterranean Salad but all the salad are really fresh with organic ingredients and really healthy dressing.
