Having a terrible experience with this location the manager name Jamie doing terrible work running this place. I get invoices for my business from them. So getting my invoices in time critical for my business. I had a shipment we should’ve been arriving in a week, and didn’t arrive for three weeks. I’ve been calling to check. They told me they didn’t even place the order after I already paid for it and finish placing it with the employee Gabe in store. 3 weeks before then. Then the manager Jamie called me told me she sorry and they will redo it so I need to wait more to get them shipped again, and she said I can go get some free invoices from the store in the meantime. I went to place a new order a few weeks after and the Employee in the store clearly told me that this shipment will be free, after I ask a few times if she’s sure about it because I was there ready to pay. She told me hundred percent it will be free because of the inconvenience last time. Now after I’m overseas and the invoices already shipped, Jamie the manager is calling and asking me to pay for the order. I never paid for anything with them over the phone always paying on site, and she is despite the fact the employee told me it will be free. Saying it lying that it didn’t happen being super rude. I told her check your cameras. She said we don’t have any cameras, which is another lie. And then rudely saying I want to argue with you If you don’t pay, I’m canceling the shipping and hang up on me.
I would definitely say this lady (Jamie) shouldn’t be working or managing there, if this is her customer service. And would advised anyone who need anything to go...
Read moreI come here a lot to have things printed or faxed or scanned and sent somewhere else. They have a self service machine for this Except i don't use it because I'm a little slow with technology. One worker Breanna helps me every time and is hands down the best worker there!!! She does so much to make sure my service is great every time I go. Even though they are simple tasks I can do by myself she seems so happy to help and make things go so smoothly. I feel confident that my documents go through every time I work with her. They are always busy and usually only have one person there so she handles workload very well on her own and does a great job with everyone. Once another employee helped me and didn't even put a header in my email and the receiver never got it! That was very annoying. I complained about it to Breanna and she quickly resent it for me without charging. I am very pleased from the customer service I get from Breanna and will continue to come here because of her great work. Thanks...
Read moreI've been coming here for years for printers, electronics etc. I just came here for a few boxes for e-commerce. Now I wish I hadn't. I go to check out and there's an older lady on register. I bring up to her the price of the boxes being $0.69 and she interrupts me mid-sentence stating that it's only when I buy 5. She was curt and harsh. Rather than offering to let me get more or even making me feel even remotely welcome in the store, I felt like a burden. Like my money didn't matter. Needless to say, I won't be returning anytime soon. When I go shopping I expect at least a neutral disposition. What I got was hostile and unwelcoming. 2024 Update I don't feel safe shopping here. A black flag means no quarter in war. Does this mean I can be expected to be lined up...
