I went into this location today around 1:30 pm and redeemed my free chick fil a sandwich along with a large ( sweet tea ) ........ Went to go sit down and waited for the employee to bring me my sandwich . Once he brought it to me I advised him that the ( sweet tea ) was not sweet . He took it and brought me another one and guess what ? That one was not sweet either ....... No big deal ! Another employee was walking by and I advised her that the ( sweet tea ) was not sweet and that I had already had it replaced once . So she takes it and brings me another one . Again, no big deal ! Well guess what ? That one was not sweet either and as a matter of fact they all had the same taste . At that point I had already finished my sandwich and just decided to take it back and get a refund . So I went to the counter and one of the employees a much older lady who’s always walking around to check on customers refills asked if I wanted a refill ! I said no and explained to her the situation and simply asked for a refund given that I had already finished my sandwich . Well upon waiting, Ms TANYA who I’m guessing is one of the managers approached the counter and I let her know that I wanted a refund because the tea was not sweet ! Now keep in mind that everyone’s taste buds are different as well as everyone’s opinion on what is sweet and what is not ! That’s a given and it should be common sense ! Well 2 registers over you have “YOLANDA” in a not so pleasant voice telling Ms TANYA it’s sweet and I’ve already tasted it ! First off, Ms TANYA is already taking care of the situation and handling the issue . So there was no need for her comments or input and the way she was speaking was not so pleasant . She was being very adamant about it, even after Ms TANYA said “it doesn’t matter let’s just get it taken care of” ! Well YOLANDA kept saying it’s sweet and I’ve already tasted it ! She said this about 4-5 times and not to mention that she had a customer in from of her but she kept trying to get involved in something that was already being taken care of by Ms TANYA ! Now I don’t know what YOLANDA’s position is but it seems like this employee needs to be retrained on her customer service ........ If a customer says something is not correct or that there’s something wrong with their order you just simply apologize and correct it . It’s that’s simple and not hard too do ( YOLANDA ) ! Especially when someone higher than you is already taking care of the situation ! You should know better than to argue or attempt to argue with a customer ! Again, not sure what her position is but this employee ( YOLANDA ) is in need of some re-training when it comes to customer service ! Not too mention that there has been many times when I’ve seen her only greet certain customers and not others ! That’s not customer service either ! When I was in customer service if a customer said something wasn’t correct or something was wrong, I quickly fixed the problem and wouldn’t skip a beat ! Much less argue or attempted to argue with them ! Why ? Because they were the reason I had a job and the reason I was receiving a check every payday ! Obviously YOLANDA is not aware about it nor does she understand the concept of what customer service really is ! Again, this employee needs to be addressed and re-trained ! She has a long way to go before being a manager who understand what is expected and one who truly knows what customer service is ! I guarantee you, she wouldn’t like to be treated the way I was if she was the customer ! Now YOLANDA you may think that you own Chick Fil-A but news flash, you don’t and I’m know you’re not anywhere near achieving that ! So you may want to tone it done quite a bit ! Read moreRecent experience: I use the mobile order feature frequently because it's an expedient way to get my food but this only holds up if you've got the right moving parts, meaning, the orders are fulfilled precisely and accurately and in a timely manner.
Yesterday I placed a mobile order for one (#1):
(1) CFA sandwich, (1) med fries, and (1) med drink, a (Sprite) in my case.
I ordered on the app 15m before arriving, walking in and picking up my order from the holding bin where they store all the door dash deliveries.
When i got to my car my sandwich was great!
Fries, not so much. So, I walked back in, fries in hand, asking the young lady to please replace them because they were burnt.
The young girl who appeared to be 14y acknowledged by saying "sure" then she began ringing me up on the register.
Proudly she said, "It'll be just $2.41!"
I honestly thought she was joking until the man who had been standing behind me blurted out "his fries are burnt!"
After chalking it up to a misunderstanding then turning to thank the gentlemen for reminding me im not crazy, I waited patiently as the young lady took my old fries back to a group of CFA staff to explain the issue. I noticed she was speaking to a girl in a different colored shirt so I assumed it was a manager and I overheard her say, "OK, well ring him up."
The young girl who had been helping me bounced back over the biggest smile on her face then repeated the same steps as befoe. "It'll be just $2.41."
"Are you kidding me?!" the man behind me yelled, "He wants new, fresh fries, and he's not paying for them because they are BURNT", he said.
Yes, this actually happened.
After the girl went back to the manager a 2nd time they asked me to step aside while they assisted what was now a considerable line of folks waiting to order.
Assuming they were making me some fresh fries the gentlemen who had been so vocal before ordered, got his food, and left but i was still there waiting. Meanwhile my sandwich was gettinf cold in the car and my ice had almost melted completely.
When they finally brought out that small bag that i knew was containing my hot fresh salty fries i was grateful but slightly impatient.
Though of course, I said thank you and ran to the car to eat but would you believe they gave me the same burnt fries i gave to them to replace? Believe it.
I didnt get the sense from the young girl that any of this was intentional but just imagine how completly utterly incompetent one would need to be for something like this to happen (4 times).
The unfortunate part is that this isnt the first time that this or something similar had happened at this specific location.

Updating from 2yrs ago to now December 01, 2021 from 5 star to 1star. Only because morning manager Ashley at this location Centreport. At 9:25 am this morning. I go literally every other morning during the week day. Get the same thing for me and my coworker. Sausage, egg, cheese biscuit sandwich meal w/iced coffee and chicken, egg bowl w/ just hash brown, no drink. Adding 4 large cups of ice. My total is $13.75 faithfully. All of sudden today. It was like $15 and some change. I said no that's incorrect. I get the same thing every other morning. Ashley came to the window saying no, you can have 1 FREE cup of ice and you pay for three. Not the issue about the payment. It was her rudeness after me telling her and asking her does she want me to show her my last two receipts. She said "No, that I will still have to pay for the 3 cups" I said no because I come every other morning, I would like for every manager to be on the same page. It's not about the extra charge. She said "Well if you don't want to pay for the extra cup, I can call the police on you" By this time I'm appalled and her coworkers even tried to hand me the ice and said it's not that serious. It's just ice. Now, mind you I'm being polite, calm and told her "If you want to hold up the line and call the police over a cup of ice go ahead and the will laugh at you for wasting their time. Again, I have been coming here since they open this location. My transaction and reward history will prove so. Have never received such embarrassing and rude service from no staff like I did this morning from Ashley. Please, put her in another training class & demote her till she knows how to deal better with customers.
