This Taco Bell Staff is very rude and unprofessional. The ladies making the food were over my food. I mean with her mouth open and talking over my food with another lady. The two ladies making the food didn't where mask nor did they have on a hair net. But the other two ladies that wasn't making the food had on masks. Those ladies were over my food then she was wiping her mouth over my food. So I asked the Manager to have the lady to remake my food but put on a mask. The ladies said no they refuse to wear a face mask and they refuse to remake my food. It look like the lady was spitting in my food. I asked for my money back they ladies were very rude, unprofessional and took a while for them to refund my money. They told me I'm not remaking your food. Then they took the bag with my food in it and threw it underneath the area where they were preparing the food. These ladies are very unclean, rude and unprofessional. It was the worst experience I ever had. I would not go to this Taco Bell if I was starving from hunger. Don't go to this Taco Bell!!! Go where they are clean, courteous, professional and have good Customer Service. You have to protect what goes inside of your mouth and body. They just want your money but then don't care about the Customers Health...

I went through the drive-through and got a steak quesadilla and loaded nachos. When I got home the nachos look like he’s sitting there for a while. When I tasted it, I had a very sour taste in my mouth and The sour taste stayed on the back of my tongue. So, I checked each ingredient and found out it was the hamburger. The hamburger had gone sour. I called the corporate office because the Taco Bell would not answer the phone. I spoke to someone named Scott and explain to him what was happening. I also told him about the sour taste in my mouth that I was having trouble get rid of, and I told him my stomach was starting to get sick. It started bubbling. He said that this is not a Taco Bell standard. He offered me a coupon for a free item at Taco Bell. Ha ha Ha He asked me if I wanted to speak to someone in a higher position, Hell yeah I did! He said he would have someone call me right away. I gave him my name and telephone number and the address of the Taco Bell. I gave him the address of the Taco Bell. I come here because it’s conveniently located near my job. Convenient location doesn’t make up for careless food prep. Too many times I’ve had to return because they’d gotten my order wrong, without any apologies, and wasting my break time at work. I used to work for Taco Bell in another state so I do understand their strive for excellent customer service and food championing, however, greeting a customer in a rushed manner over the speaker and becoming noticeably irritable when I return to have an order corrected is unacceptable. After all the money isn’t coming out of the employees nor the managers pocket, it’s coming out mine. I would’ve left this review on the store survey but the receipt was conveniently removed from my bag when I came back to have my order corrected. If you don’t want to work in customer service, do what it takes to get a better job. Your attitude shouldn’t be included in what I spend my money on. Get...
