On my lunch break decided to go to this location for lunch with a co-worker and was treated with the most ridiculous customer service I have ever experienced I used my app to give them a code at the order box and was explaining to the code was for I’m paying with cash for my online order. He said the code says invalid Immediately I asked are you sure do you have this number correct I repeat the number. He says no but you can order a number 7 do you want mild or spicy . He really tried to just pick my own order I said no and ask could he get a manager to help with my code .Not even knowing the manager has already switch headphones with the guy the manager says OMG that is for online only and says something in Spanish I said calm down what are you getting so upset for I said I know it’s for online but I’m paying with cash I have to give you a code that it’s presenting me to do. The intercom goes silent I said hello no one answered I said can I pull around to show you what I’m seeing. Get to the window and this guy has pulled the monitor almost out the wall and didn’t acknowledge me tapping the monitor runs around and says SEE SEE that code doesn’t work and rolls his eyes and bouncing on one leg like he is completely annoyed with me and begin to show him my phone that he refused to look at he started closing his eyes saying ooooo and bouncing so the cashier and I are looking at him and I asked a again are you the manager I have never seen someone act such way I asked for his name because he took off his name badge he was Hispanic and said his name was Leo I asked for the store number he said it so fast and holding the window like he wanted to attack me I said it’s fine I don’t want the food he said I don’t care bye bye and then went into a full on cursing me out and stuck his head out the window cursing me out I have never in my life been treated that way not by a manger who don’t even know what there doing. He should never be a manager let alone a employee if he gets that angry over something small. I will never go here again and I don’t advise anyone...
Read moreIt was getting much later in the evening than I would typically eat. We had just come off a 3 hour flight from California on a nice vacation. I had never been to this particular Popeyes but my wife had because it is not far from her job.
I am thinking this one will have better service than the one that I usually go to in Mansfield.
First off the lady at the drive thru said they don't have blackened naked chicken tenders when I asked for them. When I verified or confirmed with her she said said no we don't. At that point my wife decided she didn't want anything from there and said I should go somewhere else. I told the lady to just give me regular chicken tenders with the batter. I prefer the blackened naked tenders for health and taste but I was willing to get the regular since this store is the first to tell me that they didn't have them.
Once I said give me the regular she asked what side and if I want the meal with the drink. I said I would like Sweet tea and she said they don't have any sweet tea. Then I said no drink and when she ran back my meal, she said 5 blackened chicken tenders. I said I thought you didn't have them and she said it will take 15 minutes and I said okay. After I paid she asked me to pullup so that they could service the next vehicle and I said okay and did so. Some gentlemen came out to bring my food with a shirt that looked like a manager's shirt. I said oh that wasn't 15 minutes. He said 15 minutes and I said yeah that is what the lady at the window said it would take. I asked if he was the manager and he never answered.
When I looked in the bag my chicken looked good and it was the correct amount. The container for my red beans was sloppy and smashed and was a terrible presentation for Popeyes.
I expect better of Popeyes and it seems that all of the Popeye's in the area need customer service training and better screening for employees. Maybe they should take their employees to Chick-fil-a to see how business is done. Sad thing is Popeyes doesn't really have much competition for...
Read moreThis is Popeyes is the closest location to my house. Everytime I have been to this location i have a bad experience. I went through the drive thru yesterday there were 2 cars in front of me. Once I placed my order i was waiting 25 minutes before I got to the window when I got to the window and paid I waited another 15 minutes for my food and all I ordered was 2 surf and turf boxes. Once I received my food I asked for 3 different sauces and thought the employee put them in my bag I pulled out of drive thru checked my bag to find I did not have the sauces I asked for so I had to turn around after being at this popeyes for about 40 minutes in the drive thru. I went into lobby to get the sauce I asked for and was not greeted and there 3 employees in the kitchen and one working the drive thru window. I stood at the counter for about minutes and made eye contact with all employees and no one acknowledge me or even came to help. I saw the sauces I need on the counter so grabbed them and that is when of the employees finally came to see what I needed. The is my last time going to this location they are horrible everytime I go there they are out of something or my food is horrible. The biscuits are always hard . There has been a time I have stopped for dinner at 6pm and they have been out of red beans, mac n cheese, and mashed potatoes. How???!!! Those are the main staples of Popeyes. There really needs to be some changes made here. Also on my last visit I did not receive my popeyes receipt only the receipt from my debit card purchase. I'm from new Orleans so I know good popeyes and have grew up eating popeyes. So now instead of taking a 5 minute drive to popeyes I will go to the that 6 miles from my house and takes about 15 minutes each way and hope I get better...
