Expedition Station Condominiums by Keystone Resort — Hotel in Four Corners States

This is probably one of the more affordable locations in Keystone and you get what you pay for. Positives: 5-8 min walk to the gondola Located in Keystone village walkable to all restaurants and stores Next to the bus lines that take you around the area including Breckenridge Free parking in garage Hot tub and heated pools We had an efficiency and it was roomy There are equipment closet for your skies but they only store for 2 folks

Opportunities: This place is super dated They rent rooms through VRBO and talking to folks who rented said the rooms were better There is no one on site to ask questions the front desk is several miles up the road I had to call several numbers to get a hold of someone to clean the hot tub Our room was on the 3rd floor and the windows are super old as the floor was cold by them and you could hear folks in the hot tub & pool all evening long Bring slippers or warm socks there are no rugs We were here for a week and your rooms will not get cleaned. You will have to ask for extra towels. They do not provide towels for the pool and there are no robes. Our room had a Murphy bed and I was not aware that was what I was getting. The mattress was terrible. We had issues with our keys as we were given the wrong keys for a different room. When we drove back to get them fixed we were given the wrong keys again. Luckily a manger double checked and realized we were given the wrong keys. Otherwise we would have had to come back again. I would upgrade next time and look for another location. This is very close to the gondola, town square, etc. Great access to restaurants and two playgrounds. The community areas are well-maintained and enjoyable.

Our condo was fine, but could have used more care to cleaning before we arrived. It was a bit dirty, with stale popcorn on the rug. There are two small closets, but one was locked and unusable. We would have loved to have more towels, especially pool towels. We were also missing a dustpan to go along with the broom and there was no dish soap. Small things, but they would have made a big difference.

Unfortunately, the property management company randomly shuts off water without letting anyone know. While calling to report this, the person I spoke with told me that the reason behind shutting the water off without notice was "undisclosed". Absolutely ridiculous to not let your...

We stayed 5 nights here. A ~6-8 min walk to get on the River Run Gondola or Summit Express. The condos are also right next to Norski Sport Rental (which I definitely recommend for ski or snow board rentals).

Clean facilities and nice amenities (hot tub, heated pool, sauna, washer/dryer, coffee maker, and ski equipment lockers). My shower head wasn’t great, but there were 2 other showers to choose from in our 2 bedroom condo. The elevators also broke down the 2nd day we were there, but they had them up and running the next day. I loved the garage parking (one car per party).
