We arrived with a baby and a 5yo and they gave us a right top table where the hight chairs were too low. Fine - we just asked to move to a different table and they accommodated us by letting us pick where to seat. As soon as the server arrived, my friend asked for a side of rice and beans for her 9mo daughter and we ordered queso + drinks - nothing too special: hot tea, waters, lemonade and a beer. It took quite long (15ish min) for the beverages to arrive and also for the server to come back and take our orders. As I was ordering, he interrupted me to talk to another person (?). The baby food (side of rice and beans) arrived 3 min before our food - It was the first item ordered. I found some of the prices nonsense, like a very small queso for 9$ but overall pretty fine for the area. The kids menu was so sad - chicken tenders were mushy and old looking. Tacos, burrito and fajitas were good and sizes were good too. Fajitas arrived as hot as it could be (which is great), but all that smoke from the sizzling pan was a lot in my 5yo’s face - the couple on the table next to ours was looking at it and laughing with us about it. We understand that a lot of places are understaffed, but the bare minimum level of service has to be provided - looks like they pick and choose who to be nice to. I asked for plastic utensils to go and was ignored until a very nice person from the bar saw me trying to talk to someone and was so kind to help - so...

Went there for dinner and ordered the carne asada/skirt steak medium. It wasn't your typical "strip" it was a square piece and was a bit undercooked, but that was not the problem. It was horrible, full of fat, what appeared like ligaments, etc...couldn't cut it and tried in different areas all bad. So i asked the waiter to get the manager so he/she could see it (btw, i have never returned a meal!). The waiter said the manager told him to take the steak and cook it some more. I told him it was cooked ok it was the quality of the meat. I wasnt even blaming them, i wanted the manager to see it cause i thought they had a problem with their meat vendor! She would not come...told the waiter to offer me something else and the Might credit the bad steak! Asked for the fajita cause my friend ordered it and it looked ok. But, told waiter manager really needed to see this horrible piece of meat. She never bothered to come see it, say sorry, nothing! Waiter said she was busy at the bar! Place wasnt even that busy. Waiter was fairly new and young and was totally embarrased . I have run and owned many businesses, i would never accept that from a manager. Horrible customer service! Then it was a hassle to get that dog meat they served off the bill! Needless to say i will never go back (just left keystone today and didnt dream of dropping in!). Hope this was an isolated case (and maybe has a...

We come here all the time, and this place has always had horrible service. But they used to say “sorry about our bad service” and then bring free shots out in a lime every time we went there. They’re food is very hit or miss, some of it is amazing but I’ve also ordered green chili and had them bring out a bowl of heated up green chili salsa, or tacos missing condiments. But I wouldn’t have left them a bad review except for how we treated by the manager and the server last time we were there. So usually our table is ignored most of the night, like 40 minute wait time for drinks, 2 hours for food, I’m used to that there. But this server could very obviously didn’t care all night, then got all of our bills wrong, added things we didn’t have, and then couldn’t figure out how to fix it without our friend (who does not work there) going into the kitchen, going to the computer to fix it for them. The manager lady also came out and started yelling at us that this was our fault for not telling our server we wanted separate checks when we ordered…no actually you don’t have strong servers and you are clearly not training them. Any manager knows to just bring out a receipt, have everyone circle what they had, and then bring out a tray of shots…problem solved and tip recovered…but everything about this place is going from bad to horrible lately. Its not even worth going...

Lime, an American Cantina and Tequila Bar in Keystone, Colorado, offers a delightful experience with its prime location, conveniently close parking lot, and a bustling atmosphere especially after skiing. The establishment boasts an impressive selection of tequila, enhancing the overall experience for enthusiasts. Despite being short-staffed, the dedicated team manages to deliver a positive experience, particularly once the drinks start flowing. The nachos, enjoyed alongside the drinks, stand out with their delicious flavor, adding to the overall satisfaction of the visit. While the service is described as decent, it's evident that the staff's efforts contribute to a pleasant dining atmosphere. In terms of pricing, Lime offers fair rates, ensuring that customers receive value for their money. The recommendation to visit this establishment is based on the combination of its great location, a wide array of tequila options, tasty nachos, and reasonable prices. For those seeking a post-skiing hangout with a lively vibe and flavorful offerings, Lime, an American Cantina and Tequila Bar, proves to be a worthy choice.

We were drawn in by the happy hour deal promised on their sign outside. When we walked in the restaurant was pretty empty, but the host said we had to wait 25 minutes for a table since they were short staffed. Fine, we were willing to wait. Once seated our server wasn't even sure what the happy hour deal was and only came by our table 1 or 2 times the whole time. We would have to flag a staff member down anytime we wanted to order another drink or food. Overall the food was good but felt like we were over paying for what we got. I wanted to believe this was a one off experience, but I have been to Lime 3 times over the past year (spring, summer and winter) and had a similar experience. I do not recommend this restaurant.
