Norski Sport Rentals Keystone — Local services in Silverthorne

Rental process went smoothly. One of the guys was great. One was okay. My complaint comes as one of our members got their skis taken from the top of the mountain while having lunch. The guy in the shop was very irritated and blamed us for not putting their skis somewhere away from other skis so they wouldn’t be mistaken as someone else’s. It was very weird. During the ordeal, we found skis that looked identical to our missing skis next to where our skis had been and grabbed them to look up name and call the shop asking if they could contact that person to see if they had taken our skis. They called them and had the people come out of the lounge where they were eating lunch to claim they were their skis but they hadn’t taken ours. Fast forward to returning the other skis, we had the same guy at the shop cop a major attitude and accuse us of stealing the other people’s skis, which absolutely was not the case. Overall okay experience but no sympathy when things go wrong and instead chose to accuse us of not putting our skis somewhere else and then of stealing other skis. Just a loser of a guy. I believe there are better options out there for those of you visiting Keystone if you appreciate good...

Whoever worked there at 11/29/2024 (two males), were rude and disrespectful to me on the phone, when I asked first guy to check potential fraudulent transactions for me, he was rushing me and being so irritated, when I started pronouncing my first/last name he even said with frustration “Jesus”… when we found out that the transaction was legit, he said “you better stop doing that” then hung up. When I called back another man picked the phone up, being disrespectful to me too, didn’t want to listed to me and just hung up.

When I was there physically though, everybody were nice and respectful, when you’re on the phone apparently some people from this location spread their wings.

If I wanted to make something of that I’d call the bank directly and not dealing with these people, but I really wanted to check what were these transactions for.

My dad and I came from chicago to keystone for the week to experience mountain biking again for the second time. We visited a clothing store and asked about which place to rent bikes from and they recommended Norski. The minute we stepped in the door at norski they made us feel at home and gave us one of the best experiences we have ever had. Any questions that we had, which were alot, they answered all of them and it seemed they were genuinely happy to answer all of our questions. We will definitely be going here from now on to rent our bikes and have the experience of a life time in the mountains. Any friends that we have going for this we will bring them your way. Once again thank you Russ and the rest of the norski team. Nothing personal I forgot the rest of your names.
