River Run Village — Hotel in Four Corners States

We stayed at River Run Village for 6 nights in July 2021. Our building, The Springs, has a pool with a small water slide and a hot tub. Our two-bedroom condo overlooked the pool and lobby area. Our condo was spacious and had everything we needed. But I was hoping that this would be a quiet, relaxing space, and it was not. The pool was loud from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. (the posted closing time), and well beyond that. "Quiet hours" are posted as 10 p.m. until 8 a.m., but 4 nights out of the 6, it was loud in the common areas past 10 p.m. The noise really carried up to our condo, and we couldn't shut the windows because it was warm this week and the condos do not have air conditioning. We called the posted telephone number each night to report the noise, and the response was generally to send security within 30 minutes. It wasn't a huge deal, but just not what we expected. They really need to have a security guard clear the pool at 10 p.m., then hang around for awhile to make sure that partiers...

Summer 2023 - Major construction projects at River Run Village. Be aware that there are two major construction projects underway at River Run Village during the summer of 2023 (Alcove-$58 million and Kindred-$300 million). This will impact you if you rent a condo in one of the units facing the construction. Arapahoe Lodge for example has quite a few units on the construction side. The construction is literally across the street about 200 ft away. These construction runs from 7 am to 7 pm on the dot every weekday. (Not sure about weekends as we were there Mon - Fri) Be sure to check the reviews of the unit you want to rent. The condos are individually owned although managed locally. Also, some owners don't keep their units in as good condition as others. The condo to rent web sites don't mention the construction that may make your unit unlivable for 12...

How can you expect your guest to sleep in this shitty mattress after a long day snowboarding/skiing… We made a horrible decision to stay here place called keystone buffalo lodge. Murphy bed In the kitchen! This mattress probably from 1980! Outdated!!! my back is leaning into the middle of the bed.. I wonder when was the last time they updated and how can you offer this ??? Everything in this place is outdated with ridiculous room price you are charging people. NEVER AGAIN. Update: called reception and informed how uncomfortable this bed and asked for solution she said someone will bring a mattress topper. It was 9:30 pm we waited until 11 pm unfortunately no-one came.
