I went to pick up a delivery order, and was 5 minutes away. Once inside the restaurant, the lady spoke to the gentleman cook, and then looked at me and said the order would be ready in 9 minutes. 11 minutes later, I decided I should ask about the customer's order, and was told it would be 6 more minutes. I felt like the movie Snatch where he says "it was 2 minutes, 5 minutes ago." Again, 6 minutes later I asked for an update on the order. They told me another 6 minutes. If I had known that, I would have unassigned the order and went along to my second delivery to be on time, since I'm sure the second order was cold. Keep in mind, the lady went behind the counter into the kitchen and told the chef "she is rude," and I could clearly hear them. I see they have security cameras in there, so maybe they should look at those and see that THEY were actually rude. It is easy to be honest, but I can see why this place is empty at lunch time, because THEY ARE RUDE. Other patrons came in, ordered, and had their food delivered by the time their butt hit the cushion. Incredible service sarcasm. I will be calling their corporate office. Don't tell me an order takes 15 minutes once ordered to be ready, when I have already waited 20+ minutes for the order. They even took out the bleu cheese for the order and just left it on the counter before they said another 6 minutes. I would hate for anyone to get food poisoning because they do not know how to...
Read moreLet me just say, this is the BEST wing spot in Los Angeles. I'm from Buffalo, NY the home of The Buffalo Wing and home of some pretty damn good blue cheese, and I came to Los Angeles expecting to find tons of good wing spots. I was sorely disappointed. Almost every spot I hit, terrible dry wings, terrible buffalo sauce, watered down blue cheese ( basically ranch ). At least 20 spots I visited in Los Angeles, and when I almost gave up I tried The Buffalo Spot. Dripping with sauce, immensely good flavor, some of the best Buffalo sauce I've had since leaving Buffalo. ( Louisiana is 2nd, Texas is 3rd ) The Lemon Pepper is also to DIE for. I can't wait to try more flavors. Not to mention, the blue cheese is the CHUNKIEST blue cheese I've ever had in Los Angeles. And I've tried a lot of places. It's always watery. From NY we don't joke about our blue cheese. Never experienced this before Los Angeles, and The Wing Spot hit it out of the ballpark, reminds me of home. I'm addicted. Sorry Wingstop and every other Wing chain of...
Read moreGood quality! I got a 15 piece pineapple-jalapeno/chipotle with sriracha fries. The chicken was nice and juicy..I imagine next time I'll try well done to see what that's like. Usually I like to take a pic but I'm a wing fanatic and was especially hungry today. May e next time. The Chipotle had a nice wing spice to it, I was not disappointed. The pineapple-jalapeno was a little sweet and personally I'd like it to be spicier but it was good. The crown discovery here ( being that it was our first time) was the sriracha fries! Really good crunchy texture and a nice little kick in the flavor. Can't wait for...
