Rise & Grind Gelato & Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Green Bay

We were there for a weekend convention as a vendor, so I was on coffee duty. It's no fault of the staff, but I was shocked there was only one barista (the same barista) working both days I was there. She was absolutely lovely!! No complaints about the staff or the cafe. My "complaint" is that the wait for my two drinks each day was quite long. As a former barista myself, I have zero issues waiting. The drinks were well-made and tasted great. Not sure why you'd only have one person working a coffee shop on a very busy weekend, though. It's not fair to her. I wanted to tip, but the card reader didn't have an option to leave a tip, and I didn't have cash. If we ever come back to the area, I would get coffee here again. Was craving for affogato which is gelato with espresso shot and found this gem! Stopped by late at night and learned that they just opened. Talked to the owner and they were so accommodating and made me the affogato with pistachio gelato. We also had oat milk latte, flan, cake. They were pretty good! We had a great time there.
