Honestly, no stars. The intake process was an hour of paperwork... no human interaction. They seem understaffed, don't enforce the rules onto the clients, not to mention the clients are all disgusting ingrates, they have no manners, belching out loud farting everywhere... there is absolutely NO common courtesy at all and the staff has not a care in the world. They let whoever do whatever they want with no repercussions. The communication between staff and clients is non-existent, the staff is almost NEVER on time. There is NO time structure, so you can literally sit in class and have no instructor for hours on end... sitting there with literally nothing to do. As a patient you can literally slip through the cracks and be forgotten consistently. This place is a freaking joke. You'll find yourself more triggered or upset just by going there than dealing on your own. 12 out of 10 would NOT recommend. Screw this place. Needs to be shut down, and have their licenses revoked. I've been to many many many places and this is by far the worst I've been to. I even let them know how I felt and why I left, and they gave absolutely not a single care. A simple "thanks for reaching out" not an are you ok you've been missing 4 days, not a Im sorry to hear that we'll work on it.... not a darn thing....

Spark Recovery has been so helpful. We were able to get seen by a therapist the day after I initially called. The therapists we worked with were amazing, Robyn and Kimtoya. They provided a safe and relaxing environment. They took the time to get to know all of us. They wanted to know how best to reach my kid and how he learns best.
