15 years ago we walked into this place after Mike designed my Step Moms ring. We had my deceased mom's ring and my grandmother's ring and we were looking for wedding bands and had no real idea what we wanted. Both Mike and his father spent time with us and he designed the best ring ever using diamonds from my moms and grandmother's ring . He also used the gold from my grandmother's ring to build my band, and we used the platinum from her ring to have my husbands ring made as well. It's amazing to be able to have that history part of our journey. Mike and his team have taken care of me and my family for over 20 years now. We moved away almost 6 years ago. I started having issues with my wedding ring turning my finger red and irritated. I waited almost 5 months without wearing it knowing I would be back in Indy. I walked in and was immediately recognized and treated like it was the day we picked out our original bands. Showed him the ring and left it in their hands. Thr hold was worn and had stored some chemicals that was causing the irritation. Picked it up today and it looks like it the day we bought it. Absolutely amazing! He gave me a cleaner to use and instructions on how to use it too. He even said I had loose diamonds which would have been devastating if I had lost that history. I bought a Master's watch about 2003. It has worked flawlessly until 2016 when the screw-in crown broke. I had it repaired then. The replacement crown broke a couple months ago, so I brought it back in for repair. I also had the crystal replaced and had a pressure test done. The titanium band and case have held up perfectly through the years and with the new crystal it now looks brand new.

2 weeks ago one of the pins holding the watch band links together started coming out. I brought the watch in the next day and had all the suspect pins replaced, then a week later the buckle on the band got hooked and crushed at work. I brought it back again and had a new pin put in the buckle part and I was able to bend the band back to make it work as before - though the buckle has a dent in it, it is working..

Finally, the next week the watch stopped twice. I brought the watch back a 4th time and a new battery was put in. Over the years Master's has always been wonderful. And, with the latest issues with my watch they have gone beyond the call to help me rectify all these petty issues after the initial repair. The staff is amazing and rushed to get my watch back to me in one day for the buckle repair. The pin and battery replacements were done while I waited. 5 starts isn't even enough!! I brought my wedding rings to Master Jewelers after a local jeweler did unauthorized work on my rings changing the appearance of my invisible setting. From the time I walked through their door to the end of transaction and everywhere in between the utmost professionalism, knowledge and care was taken to assure me that they would make my cherished wedding rings look amazing. My set had to be totally recreated from scratch, a custom design, which I was very nervous about. Christine stayed in contact with me the entire process. Christine knew what my ring was supposed to look like and what I brought to her was not it. Let me just say when I picked up my rings....WOW. Amazing! My ring is gorgeous!! PERFECTION!! It looks better than the day I got it. I could not have been more pleased!! I cried that first visit when I was told the ring needed to be recreated but had tears of joy when I picked it up.
