I placed order at the location 12/13/23. After placing my order online thru Pizza Hut app, I was told pizza will be ready in 20 minutes. I planned accordingly to the app eta. I arrived at Pizza Hut on time. App asked to acknowledge by click on I am here tab to confirm i am at store. I waited another 10 minutes then I walked into the store for update. I noticed when I walked inside the employee was on her phone and didn’t notice me for 5 minutes. After she noticed me she asked me to sign the receipt and asked me to wait 5 minutes for my cheese sticks. I waited in my car for another 25 minutes no one came out with my pizza. I went back inside again to get update. I waited again another 3 minutes before someone greeted me. He gave me my order, I opened the box and noticed my cheese sticks were not diced into sticks. I touched a small corner of the cheese sticks to confirm this. When I asked the employee to please dice the sticks, his response was sorry I can’t because you touched the food. I was confused, you must be like what is there to be confused about, I asked the employee I don’t see you having a glove on when you put my pizza in the warmer thing. I don’t see you having a hair net or gloves on while you are handling my order or any other order you have been making. He didn’t have any reply for me. all he did was stare at me the whole time. He refused to give any solution to this. I am very very disappointed with this Pizza Hut branch. This is the only branch near me. If this is the kind of service I am expecting from Pizza Hut. I will never go back to this place ever. I would like my money back. I have already called customer service number to file this complaint. I haven’t heard anything from...
   Read moreAfter spending over an hour on the phone with a staff that couldn't of cared less in efforts to retrieve a credit from the store because the past two times I ordered from this location my order was not correct. The store manager told us that the next time we ordered pizza from them that it would be on the house. I ordered two medium pizzas, a thin crust with pepperoni and a hand tossed sausage and pepperoni. I also ordered a side of nacho cheese dipping sauce. We picked up the pizza and took it home when I opened the box to my surprise both of the pizzas were made incorrectly. I called the store back to explain the situation and the manager Harold answered the phone. He hung up on me four times in the process of me trying to explain the situation. I decided to go to the location and handle the situation in person. The last time this situation occurred I was told to leave the pizza at home due to Covid regulations. I was sure to take photos on my phone to show to them that the pizza was incorrect. When I entered the store I was met by Harold, who was rude and did not seem to care right off the bat. After talking to Harold (if you want to call it that) and getting absolutely no where the store manager came around the corner and pretty much said that they gave us what they gave us and the only way that they could do anything was if we brought the pizzas back. She then proceeded to be rude and condescending about how she was, "the store manager." Neither of the two managers were prepared to fully listen to the situation.    Read moreI placed my order through the app at 4:28pm. I received a text at 5:45pm stating my order was out for deliver. I received another text at 6:05pm from doordash stating they were delivering my order. My order arrived at 6:40. My home is less than 10 minutes from the store. The driver arrives with the pizza boxes on the lap of the passenger, not in a carrying bag of any sorts… needless to say the pizza was cold and clearly over cooked. I’m sure it sat in the warmer from 5:45pm until the dasher picked it up (guessing at 6:30). Being aggravated by the situation (not the first, I’ve let other occasions slide) I decided to call the store. No surprise the phone was not answered. I was eventually transferred to a general order taker who does not work in this store. When she answered I asked to speak to a manager, she also tried to connect me to the store and again they failed to answer the phone. I asked for the corporate number. Called said number and through the automated system was directed to the website to submit my complain. I understand staffing shortages which is why I have let it go in the past. I’m sure every time I see the commercial “NO ONE OUT PIZZAS THE HUT” I’ll have a good laugh as the pizza in the frozen food section at the grocery is more appetizing than this garbage, at least the cheese is hot and melted.
