Note this is my personal review. If you have broken screen or other HARDWARE ISSUE they might be competent enough to fix it.

Had a s21 bootlooping and frozen. Tried clear catche, bootloader, safe mode, nothing. I went in to see if they can fix it.

He told me that they might be able to fix it. I asked what if they flash it (as a test to gauge them ). He said that will delete everything but that they might be able to do a work around (he passed my test).

I told him as long as they don't delete any files that would be fine and to NOT FLASH IT. He said I should be able to pick it up tomorrow.

Sunday, technician is out. Monday they still working on it saying that it took a long time to download 20 Gb of something ( idk it doesn't makes sense to me either). (I didn't received any updates, I had to call them).

Tuesday ( they finally called me), they flashed the phone.... everything is deleted. Vacation pics, funeral pics, wedding pics, documents for meetings, projects, notes, everything is gone.

I'm pretty sure their PR will respond to this.

For the PR: I told yall not to flash it, the one thing I said not to do and yall did it. I left cause yall were busy and I had to go to work, but I was beyond pissed. I finally figured out how to do it BTW. I guess I was desperate to be charged $100+ to delete memories. Learn my lesson should have backed it up and not gone to yall. No...

I turned in my car gauge circuit board for a simple soder job on Friday May 10th. I gave them the replacement bulbs and detailed instructions from the manufacture to install the new LED bulds.

When I received the circuit board this morning (May 11th) I noticed the negative wire was burned and exposed while making contact with the positive lead on the circuit board. This could've caused a short at the very least in my car. Quality control just isn't there.

I did notify the gentleman at the register today about my concerns. He was very proffesional and curtious (I would've given them a one star if it wasn't for him).

I then leave after addressing my concerns. You would think that something as simple as sodering bulbs wouldn't take long, but I was wrong. I called later this day at 6:15 pm May 11th (45 minutes before closing) to check on the status of the corrections. I was told that I would need to come back Monday May 13th so they can finish the repairs.

This job takes no more than 30 minutes to do. Luckily the same gentleman working the register was able to convince the electrician to actually correct their mistakes. I was assured that it would be fixed in 20 minutes, and they did come through. I came and picked it uo at 6:50 pm.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I don’t even know where to begin with the horrible experience me and my friend had here. First they said there was a diagnostic fee of $50, she paid it. Said the phone was water damaged which we knew. Said it would be $600 to fix it. Took the phone entirely apart and put the motherboard in all new parts. Price started changing, was told to buy a new phone from them. Started going completely in circles and using nasty predatory sales tactics. Tried to charge her $250 to transfer less than 2gb of data. It got to the point we just asked them to put the parts of the phone in a bag so we could leave. Had to ask numerous times before they let us leave. Felt like I being held hostage by these loser scammers. Took it to I Love My Phone down the street. They informed us that these bums did not give us all the parts back. Returned to get the parts back and was met with aggression and lies. Finally got the pieces back and magically all the parts they said wouldn’t work and needed to be replaced were fine at the honest and trustworthy shop.
