Worst service I've seen at a fast food restaurant. Sriquilla took our order, I ordered a Baja blast soda and she immediately began to argue with me and say I ordered the freeze. The word freeze never left my lips I told her I didn't want to argue, I just wanted my soda. She then gave me a cracked broken cup, I asked her for a new one at that point since I wouldn't have been able to fit a lid on it. Meanwhile, another guest brought in her order and asked for a refund as she was unwilling to let them remake her food since half of it was missing and she'd already been made to wait 20 mins. Sriquilla loudly proclaimed that she hasn't waited that long and wouldn't give her a refund because she didn't have a receipt and could be "lying". The woman stated she didn't appreciate being called a liar, the cashier then starred she "didn't care". I work in the food service industry and try to see things from the employees POV, but this was shocking to me. This person obviously doesn't need her job to be talking to people like that, she should be promoted to customer ASAP. I then noticed she had charged me for 2 Mexican pizzas, I had succinctly ordered meximelts (they didn't even have Pico de Gallo). During the course of our experience 5 other guests had issues with their order accuracy and the employees seemed very apathetic and resentful for being asked to do their jobs (which they couldn't do proficiently in the first place). The other upset guest asked how our cashier still had a job, nobody seemed to have an answer. They just kept offering empty apologies and explaining it had been a rough night. It was obvious that the other employees were having to work twice as hard to compensate for the cashier's mistakes and piss poor attitude. To top things off we didn't get our cinnamon twists, I had to go back in the restaurant at this point. Tom the manager was polite enough to give me 2 extra orders of them and apologize for our wait, however the damage was done by this point. Don't go here,...
Read moreMy husband and I stopped in after grocery shopping for a quick breakfast. Staff was not present in the store and eventually 2 staff members came from the back to start working on orders. After waiting about 15 minutes, we were given our order without our drinks. It took several minutes for my husband to get anyone's attention to get our drinks. After we sat down and started to eat, I bit into my breakfast crunchwrap. We had ordered one without bacon or creamy jalapeño sauce because I am a vegetarian and didn't feel like the jalapeño sauce today. I bit into my crunchwrap which was completely filled with bacon. My husband spoke to someone at the counter about it and we sat down eating our other food waiting on my remade crunchwrap. We were never notified it was done, so he went back up to the counter and staff argued with him stating we did not click "no bacon" on the kiosk (we did) and eventually after some back and forth they made a new one. Additionally, another man came in directly after us and also ordered a crunchwrap with no meat and was given a ton of bacon, which he stated was against his religion to eat and it took some back and forth before he was given a new one as well. It does not appear that staff here are reading the tickets properly and instead become combative when approached about incorrect food orders. I would not recommend stopping at this location. There are other locations throughout Kissimmee that have better customer service and follow...
Read moreNot sure if the president of the company was in the building, but it was the best service I've actually ever had at a Taco Bell.
I wanted something small and quick, to hold me over till dinner. The lady handling the drive-thru had to have been a manager, or desperately needs to be one. She was clear, vocal, missed nothing. The food took exactly how long I needed to pay, and came out actually piping hot. No blunders, no mess.
Will I go back more often? Hell no. It's not the fault of the staff at all. They were perfect. The food was perfect. This review is for them.
I won't be going back, because the menu has turned into a constant struggle to adapt, after the company decided to make 2020 even harder and remove nearly anything worth ordering. It's like they agreed to cut corners, to prevent losses, and instead gutted everything popular they had.
Their seasonal "special" items read more like food challenge videos, and not actual things normal people want to consume. All the healthier options were removed, or made so expensive to replace, you might as well eat elsewhere... aaaand now, I have to.
I had two items come out perfectly, with perfect service, and I still won't be going back. Nor should anyone, who isn't looking to cling to a toilet till congestive heart...
