Taco Bell’s chicken nuggets and nacho fries? Delicious.
Service at this location? HORRIBLE.
On Sunday night (right before 10 PM), we came in to place a quick to-go order. While we were using the kiosk, the woman behind the counter (while helping other customers) abruptly told my friends to leave because they were holding McDonald’s. We had our friends wait outside, and I stood by the counter with mine to wait - because we had already paid.
We waited almost 30 minutes for a small order (10 nuggets, nacho fries, a bottle of water), while drive-thru orders - including large ones - were clearly being prioritized. No updates, no communication, no urgency.
When we politely approached the staff member about the delay and her earlier tone, she let us know that they were prioritizing drive thru orders for their big boss. She doubled down: “I wouldn’t be rude to you if you weren’t being so rude to me.” We weren’t rude - just direct and confused. Her response was defensive and unprofessional.
Other customers were also visibly frustrated. One woman waited patiently for a missing chalupa that staff initially refused to acknowledge. Multiple delivery drivers told us slow, dismissive service is typical at this location.
We eventually canceled our order, unsure if or when we’d receive it. The refund wasn’t properly processed at first. Later, we returned through the drive-thru - and got our full order in under five minutes.
The food? Still great. The ordering experience? Unacceptable. Poor treatment, no accountability, and a clear disregard for walk-in customers.
I hope Taco Bell takes action to improve this location. ALL customers - inside or in the drive-thru - deserve to be treated with...
Read moreStopped in to get late lunch for the wife and kids to bring home. Initially, customer service was ok. Did note floor and counter sticky, dried soda or unclean mop, whatever. Not a bother to me. Order process went well. I am naturally a calm person, let things slip. I got to the soda fountain, got Pepsi. Noted the color was clearish. Tasted and yes, the syrup was low. Filled with cherry Pepsi then. My name was then called and I was told "here's your food, thank you." I doubted the accuracy immediately as I had ordered $37 in food and there was two items in one bag. Total. I stated that I was missing other things including a Taco twelve pack. They grabbed the bag and took it in back. After more time, they arrived with the Taco twelve pack and the original bag again stating "sorry about that, here's your food, have a good day". I opened up the twelve pack, looked good. I opened up the bag, missing cheese roll ups and soft taco for the #7 meal. Had to holler to get someone's attention. When I finally did, stated still missing items. They went back, made three cheese roll ups and delivered to the bag, stating, "sorry, it's just one of those days". I gave up on getting the order completed after three times and proceeded to leave, missing the soft taco. After going through the first set of doors, the twelve pack box burst open on the floor spilling all tacos on the ground. I walked in and heard one person snickering and another just staring at the ground of tacos. I had to ask for a bag so I could get my food off the floor to take home what hadn't been soiled. Zero remorse from any employee. Lack of help....
Read moreWell I used to go to this taco bell all the time after work. Then I moved a away. And tonight we were back in town taking a friend home. So we were like hey let's stop at tbell. So we did and fist off the speaker they have is total garbage. Our order didn't pop up on the screen so we had no Idea if the employee was getting our order right. And we asked for no ice I'm our drinks. So we pay and he gives our drinks and there ice so I nicely tell him we asked for no ice and he practically throws the drinks on the counter and slams the window shut and says something to anther employee. Then gives us a bag of food and says have a good night and we ask if that's all of it and he says yes. So we pull forward to check and we are missing like 3 things. So we go back and another guy is waiting there and gives us the rest of our food. And we leave about a mile down the road we realize they didn't give us silverware and we go back and it hasn't even been 5 min and there closed. But we go to the window anyways and see a dirty kitchen and there press smoking as if a fire is going to start. And we wait honk the horn and knock on the window. We finally give up and drive around to see the employees outside smoking with there cars parked in the stalls closest to the building. And we ask for silver ware and they say no we're closed. And we tell them we were just there and they said no can't help you. So moral of the story worst service ever and they close at a weird time 0150am....
